The staff members have been very helpful to us; they love their job and they show it through their excellent service and their smile. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. For example, a few hours before we arrived, Amy (at the front desk) managed to find an extra room for my parents who decided to join us in Hanoi at the last minute. The day after, my mother had some stomach aches after she ate at a shady restaurant... Then one of the hotel employees went ahead and bought done meds for her.
Clumsy as I am, I also managed to accidentally break the fan in my room, but they were very understanding about it.
Amy helped us book a great tour in Halong Bay. She speaks good English and she is sincerely one of the mood devoted person we've seen in any hotel.
This hotel is located right in Hanoi's old quarter, so it is very convenient. The rooms are cute, some of them are a bit small, but they're very clean. The included breakfast choices are simple, but they do the job when you need a quick bite.
I think this hotel is perfect for people who want to visit Hanoi in a few days. A few improvements could be done by adding an electric kettle on the rooms and maybe an extra mirror.
