Great location, hotel is amazing and staffs were spectacular. Anna reached out to me days before check in to ensure I have proper means of travel to the hotel. The hotel have recommendation on travel plans (Sapa and Halong bay tour) and shopping if you need. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Room was clean, love the space for balcony.

Jennie, the customer manager was so helpful and took care of us really well. She arranged the pickups and our tours as well, Halong cruise was amazing. The hotel is in great location, great for the price and nice room layout. mediocre breakfast

The breakfast has many fruits, local food, you also can order eggs, pancakes as u wish. The staff on the breakfast very polite and some of the them know English very good and advise on any questions related to Hanoi. The staff on the reception during the day is very respectful and helpful and can help to plan your activities (tours to Halong bay, Ninh Binh, cu chi tunnel). It was really pleasure to stay in this hotel and we have stayed with very positive impression.

The buffet breakfast is not in this hotel but one a short walk away. Staff was great and helpful. Close walking distance to many popular sites. Stayed in family room and enjoyed large deck area. Room is dated but had everything required

Great customer service that went the extra mile and took really nice care of us. May had such great service and made us feel very special during our stay with constantly checking in on us. Location was central and felt very safe and well taken care of during our stay. They were very flexible with check in and out times and had great recommendations for tours in the city.

The location is very good and convenient to restaurants and shopping. I also booked an overnight Ha Long Bay cruise through the hotel which was very convenient and an amazing experience. The staff here are super helpful and gave me amazing recommendations for food and spa.

The staff was amazing, especially Hang. Hang was very sweet and kind and friendly. She was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. She even got me a birthday cake and surprised me kindly. She is amazing 👏 The staff in general was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were very good and there was plenty to choose from. All fresh food. I would definitely recommend you stay at this hotel, the staff there will make your stay amazing. The hotel is very clean and tidy.
