Located at the heart of Hanoi. Near to shops and eateries. You don’t have to go far. Stepping out of the hotel and you can get the vibe of Hanoi here. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Made sure i had a comfortable stay and even upgraded me to a honeymoon Balcony though I was alone.

Staff went above and beyond to ensure an excellent stay. The included breakfast was delicious and ranged from options such as pho, omelette or pancakes with fruits on the side. Location was perfect. Jennie arranged excursions for us and they were SO worth it. Additionally they were able to accommodate my parent's request regarding a/c. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Everything. Location, breakfast and the staff are all nice. Thanks to Ms. Jennie and her team (Jimmi) and the other staff for a very warm welcome you gave us. Location - it perfect. City center, there are a lot of restaurants, spa, souvenir shops around the area. Breakfast - there are variety of breakfast meal. They served pho which is a good one. Staff - 100/10 for good customer service. Everyone is sooooo nice and friendly. They helped us booked our tour which we enjoyed. They accomodated our request for the last minute extension of 1 night and gave us a late check out which is very convienent for us especially there hotel is always fully booked. All in all it was a perfect trip for me as they helped us with everything.

We loved our stay at the hotel and extended our stay with ease while we were there and tried to again but sadly they were fully booked for the weekend. All the staff was super friendly and caring when I required a hospital visit and they gave great recommendations and a map on arrival. You must try the Banh Mi baguettes just a few doors up. I had 3 during my stay! Jimmi was exceptionally helpful and took the time to discuss a book a tour for me at 9pm as he was clocking off from his shift. Truly the nicest person

This hotel has a good and central location in Hanoi just next to the Hoan Kiem lake. The room was big and comfy with some free water. And the breakfast was good with a buffet (from rice to fruits) and a menu you can order (with phô for exemple). The staff was really nice and helpful. Miss Jennie and Cenlina were always ready to help us and answer all our questions. It was a short but really pleasant stay thanks to them.

Cet hôtel bénéficie d'un bon emplacement central à Hanoï, juste à côté du lac Hoan Kiem. La chambre était grande et confortable avec de l'eau gratuite. Et le petit-déjeuner était bon avec un buffet (du riz aux fruits) et un menu à commander (avec du phô par exemple). Le personnel était vraiment gentil et serviable. Mademoiselle Jennie et Cenlina étaient toujours prêtes à nous aider et à répondre à toutes nos questions. Ce fut un séjour court mais vraiment agréable grâce à elles.

🚫 Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 – Hanoi, Vietnam This ended up being one of the worst hotels during my trip in Vietnam. When we arrived, the room still wasn’t ready. After they said it was cleaned, we found pubic hair on the bed, which was simply unacceptable. The beds didn’t even have real mattresses — it felt like sleeping directly on a box spring. Breakfast was another letdown. The food was mushy and bland, and you’re honestly better off getting breakfast outside the hotel — there are amazing places to eat just around the corner. The walls were paper thin, so when rowdy guests came back late at night, it was almost impossible to sleep. Aside from luggage help, the front desk staff weren’t friendly and didn’t seem to care about customer service at all. The only positive thing is the location in the Old Quarter. But overall, I would highly recommend paying a little more for a better hotel nearby. This one is just not worth the stress. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown, close to Thap Rùa lake and plenty of restaurants and hot spots and is ideal for a first approach to Hanoi. Facilities are neatly clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful –we’d like to specially remark the lovely receptionist Celina’s kindness and willingness to help.

We waren erg blij met het vriendelijke personeel van dit hotel. Ze waren allemaal zo gastvrij en niets was hen teveel. Bij aankomst werden onze tassen uit de taxi gehaald en naar binnen gebracht. Het inchecken verliep soepel en gemakkelijk. Het personeel gaf ons geweldige tips voor restaurants. Ze hadden altijd een glimlach op hun gezicht en vroegen hoe we geslapen hadden. Onze kamer was erg ruim en schoon. De douche was fantastisch! We hebben genoten van ons verblijf! Bedankt aan al het geweldige personeel.
