Genuinely some of the best staff I have come across at a hotel. They really make your experience so great, especially after arriving following 20 hours of travel! The room was pretty and comfortable although a little noise from rain/street. The location is right in the middle of the Old Quarter so to be expected though. We loved being so close to the lake and Old Quarter and breakfast was a really nice experience with good range of a La carte options.

The hotel was lovely. The quality of the rooms and the facilities were excellent, everything you needed was there. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hanoi.

The staff, especially at the reception, were all so kind and friendly, which made our short stay really pleasant and cheerful. We had to leave early at 6.30am for Sa Pa, which was before the official breakfast time. However, the staff were so kind that they actually packed for us some really nice, hearty sandwiches, bananas and yogurt drinks for takeaway. The sandwiches, though simple, were very well done with fresh ingredients, so I can imagine their indoor breakfast standards should be rather good! At the price, the room was a good size and very comfortable for a short stay; the location was very central but quiet enough for a restful night. The pressure and heated water from the shower heads were also consistent and reliable. We only stayed for a night and did not manage to check out all the facilities.

The location of the hotel is exceptionall. Roof terace is added bonus. All the staff were lovely and helpful but all the compliments go to Jimmi , hotel manager, who was very welcoming, helpful and warm. Highly recommend the hotel.

The place has a very warm feeling when entering. Staff are ready to welcome you. The room was very nice and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but perfect for one person. Jimmy was very helpful and kind.

We wanted stay one night in a downtown Hotel close to Old Quarter and very pleased with the Hotel, Staff and location. Breakfast was alos good, only the hot coffee should have come with hot, not cold milk. It´s a nice Hotel, clean and everybody we met was very friendly.

We have had a great time staying at Hanoi Royal palace Hotel. Service was outstanding! We were welcomed with drinks and towels and told to sit down and waited while the staff organized our check in. Once we were ready, we were escorted to our room and our luggage followed soon after. We we’re given a map and lots of information of recommended places to visit around Hanoi. The room was so nice, clean and breakfast had a huge selection of food. I would definitely stay here again,
