The reviews for this hotel are inaccurate. The two best things about this hotel are the staff and the location - both are 10/10. I’m not sure how there are so many perfect reviews. The bed was extremely uncomfortable - hard as a rock. The noise from the streets kept us awake all night.

The staff here are fabulous and can’t do enough to help you. Location is excellent in the Old Quarter. We stayed initially 3 nights, then another on a stop over and then another in a seperate occasion/ the 3 rd time they remembered us and upgraded us to the Panoramic Room on top floor. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Jimmy and his team are amazing.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. We did so because the staff are wonderful and the breakfast substantial. They do need to train their restaurant staff to be more attentive to everything from checking to see if the tables are cleaned when someone leaves, even setting the table would be helpful, ensuring their are napkins, etc on the table, plates available, to making sure that there is a constant fresh supply of food. Many times we went down and there was no food on a number occasions. We had to ask numerous times to refill different dishes that were empty. All it would take is to have a staff member do a sweep every time new people arrive to ensure they have what they need without having to ask for it.

Everything was fantastic at the hotel! The staff were so helpful and accommodating with everything during the trip. My flight arrived late but they organised a transfer from the hotel and offered late check in for me. The room was fabulous- even got a lovely upgrade to a balcony room showing great views of the street. While the location is central, the noise levels are not too bad. I had a great nights sleep on both nights; even managing to sleep late (10am) on the first day. The decor is so nice in this place also, feels very unique!

The pictures do not properly represent this property it’s a 3 star. Good location do not stay here if u have a disability the lift starts from the 2nd floor. Bathroom is glass with a roller blind for privacy which is really annoying. Staff were great and helpful
