They were so accommodating and helpful and so nice and kind. Specially Gain she was super helpful and on point. Rooms were clean and the location is great very close to everything around you. You have a lot of shops, restaurants, and all the sites not far away they all walking distance. I would recommend it to anybody visit in Hanoi.

The staff were all wonderful. Reception staff welcomed me with herbal tea and a snack on arrival. They greeted me each time I passed through the lobby and provided great advice on anything I wanted to do in Hanoi or excursions. Dining room staff were friendly and efficient. Housekeeping standards are very high. Bed was comfortable with soft cotton linen and 4 pillows. Room had a refrigerator and minibar. Less than 10 minutes walk to the lake and Red Bridge and Water Puppet Theatre.
