Completely Misleading Listing on Expedia Do not stay at this hotel. The Expedia listing is highly misleading, and there is absolutely no way this property qualifies as 4-star—2 stars at best. I strongly recommend reading the Google reviews before booking, as they reflect the reality far more accurately. Our so-called “premium” room was old, outdated, and in need of serious renovation. • WiFi barely works and constantly drops out • Furniture is worn, tired, and poorly maintained • The bathroom is in desperate need of refurbishing • Noise levels are unbearable—like trying to sleep in the middle of Times Square or Piccadilly Circus • The elevator only starts from the 2nd floor, making it unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues We booked for several nights but ended up leaving after just one. Save yourself the hassle and choose another hotel. The hotel will also refuse to refund you for the nights booked, even if the room type /hotel is not as described on the Expedia website. Book at your own risk!

The family room with balcony is spacious, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Toilet is clean, shampoo and shower gel provided in wall mounted containers. Water heater works well too. I requested to use the steam iron.

L'emplacement est pratique. Il y a tellement d'options à explorer pour les touristes, des restaurants aux boutiques de souvenirs. Vous ressentirez parfaitement l'ambiance du Vietnam en vous promenant dans les rues. Et le personnel de cet hôtel est extrêmement serviable et amical. The location is convenient. So many options to explore for tourists, starting from restaurants to souvenirs shops. You will get perfect Vietnam vibes while walking on the streets. And the staffs of this hotel are extremely cooperative and friendly. It was an extra advantage for a solo traveler like me. Surely will come back again.

My daughter and I arrived at 730 am from an overnight flight from Australia, the staff were +++ accomadating, They offered us showers and food, also the staff organised the all the tours (somewhat cheaper than other places) whilst we stayed there. The room were +++ clean and the breakfast was +++ tasty and plentlyful. Very central location to the whole of the french region in Hanoi, would totally recommend staying there again.

La chambre avec balcon offrait une lumière naturelle. Le personnel était brillant et Mme Jennie disposait de toutes les informations et facilités de réservation de voyage, si vous souhaitiez l'utiliser. Le personnel recommandait des restaurants et était utile pour réserver des chauffeurs Grab. Les chambres étaient propres et des draps ainsi que des serviettes neuves étaient fournis chaque jour, de même que la climatisation. Les réfrigérateurs dans la chambre étaient réapprovisionnés chaque jour avec de l'eau et des sodas. Les douches étaient excellentes. Des sachets de café et de thé dans notre chambre avec une bouilloire nous ont aidés à nous réveiller le matin et étaient parfaits plutôt que de devoir sortir pour chercher du café dès le matin. Nous n'avons pas pris le petit-déjeuner ici. Nous pouvions marcher ou prendre un 'Grab' à travers la ville. Le lac est à proximité, et le marché de nuit ferme les rues voisines le week-end. Il y avait de nombreux restaurants de street food avec de bonnes options à proximité ainsi qu'un Circle K pour des encas pour les adolescents.

The room with a balcony gave natural light. The staff were brilliant and Mrs Jennie had all the info and travel booking facilities, if you should wish to use her. The staff recommended restaurants and were helpful for booking Grab drivers. Rooms were clean and new bedding and towels given each day along with air con. Fridges in the room were restocked each day with water and pop. Showers were great. Coffee and tea sachets in our room with a kettle helped us wake up in the morning and we're perfect rather than having to go out and find coffee first thing. We didn't eat breakfast here. We could walk or get a 'Grab' across the city. The lake is near, and the night market closes the nearby streets at the weekend. There were plenty of street food restaurants with good food nearby as well as a Circle K for snacks for teenagers.
