L'emplacement était parfait pour un groupe d'amis souhaitant se promener et explorer la ville. Linh et le personnel étaient très sympathiques et serviables chaque fois que nous avions des questions ou que nous demandions des recommandations de lieux à visiter. Même après notre départ, le lendemain, Linh a encore pu nous aider à organiser le transport vers l'aéroport. Elle fait vraiment tout son possible pour prendre soin de vous.

We enjoyed our stay in Hanoi with Royal Palace Hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple yet variety and yummy. The staffs were very friendly and lovely. It was located at the heart of the old quarter so can get to the restaurants and shops by walking distance. Highly recommended this hotel for those who are planning their visit to Hanoi.

Wow as in wow, the Family Suite that we stayed in was very huge, its like two rooms packed in one, 1x single bed and 1x queen bed and 1x king bed, 1x sofa, 1x cabinets, 1x tv, has a mini fridge, lots of drawers, with daily supply of 5x bottled water, packs of coffee and tea, 2x aircon with heater, with elevator, a simple complimentary breakfast for all of us and we got this room with a discount due to early booking. The location was so near the Hoan Kiem Lake and Thang Long Water Puppet theater, lots of restos, coffee shops and souvenir stores in the area. Our family really love this hotel, it's so comfortable and the the staffs were always smiling, greeting the guests and speaks english well. We will definitely consider again this hotel once we go back again in Hanoi. Thank you Hanoi Royal Palace for a relaxing stay in your hotel.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Hanoi im Royal Palace Hotel sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber vielfältig und lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt im Herzen des Altstadtviertels, sodass man Restaurants und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichen kann. Dieses Hotel wird sehr empfohlen für diejenigen, die einen Besuch in Hanoi planen.

Linh and the staff were so friendly and helpful whenever we had questions or asked for recommendations for places to go. Even after we checked out, the next day, Linh was still able to help us organise transport to the airport. Really goes above and beyond to take care of you.

The bed is hard needs a matress pad available upon request. They did have one but it was spotted soiled .I used it folded so I could rest .The elevator needs to be redone.. You have to walk up stairs to get to the elevator. The elvaotor doesnt stop on your floor. It stops between floors so to speak . Thats weird. Staff was excellent. I didnt have a Vietanamese plug adaptor, one was provided free by the concierge .Its a basic hotel in a good location. The free breakfast is a plus and they will cook your eggs special upon request. The food provided was fine quality.It was cramped in the cafeteria tho very little room to sit down.

Jennie the hotel manager was over the top. Such a lovely person. She arranged our transportation and was so informative, answering questions and giving advice and insight . The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the lake and easy walking everywhere. Would definitely recommend this hotel and it's our second time staying here.

Il check-in è stato semplice e sono stato subito mostrato alla mia camera, che era spaziosa e impeccabilmente pulita. Celina was very helpful with all of our questions about where to go or to eat… The food vendors were walking distance, which made your trip easier in picking meals. Tenían un gran conocimiento y siempre eran acogedores. Nos alojamos allí tres veces durante este viaje a Vietnam y fue como regresar a casa cada vez. Organizaban el servicio de lavandería con rápida entrega y, en una ocasión, uno de los miembros del personal llamó a un taxi y nos acompañó por varias calles para asegurarse de que tomáramos el taxi correcto. Had an overall wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient specially Cenlina and Jimmi. Check-in was smooth, and I was promptly shown to my room, which was spacious and impeccably clean. The location was ideal—close enough to popular attractions but still peaceful enough for a quiet retreat. We enjoyed our time at Royal Palace Hotel. The staff are very helpful, friendly and warm. Our room was very comfortable and decent size. Location is great, and is within walking distance to most touristy things. It was lovely and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was included with a great selection on the menu. The property is in a great location for all the main attractions and points of interest. The staff are friendly and very helpful and were of great assistance on several occasions. They had a great deal of knowledge and were always welcoming. We stayed there three times on this trip to Vietnam and it was like coming home each time. They arranged laundry with quick turn arounds and on one occasion one of the staff called a taxi and accompanied us down several streets to make sure we caught the right taxi. Would stay there again anytime.
