My favorite thing about our stay was the friendly staff. They were so helpful and assisted us in booking transportation to/from the hotel as well as a day tour to Ninh Binh. They also provided some great recommendations in the area. We also used them for laundry service as well which was quite speedy. The room was clean and the air conditioning was a great reprieve from the hot Vietnam sun. Tons of great food in the area and close to Hoan Kiem Lake which is nice to walk around. The buffet breakfast was nice as well and included many options including made-to-order pho and eggs.

The staff was amazing. Breakast was also really good with a variety for the North American travelers. Only downside was the AC that had to be off when we were gone all day. I recommend.

Location was perfect in the old town. Sulli was always available offer any tips for food, tours and coffee. My wife wasn’t feeling great on our first day and Sulli offered tea throughout the morning.

All of the staff are so polite and helpful, they can't do enough for you. Beds are very comfortable and have high quality linen. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean and well equipped. Breakfast has a vast variety of continental and Vietnamese choices.
