Excellent location, can’t be better. It’s in the center of it all, but the rooms are very silent. Great pillows, and really clean smelling sheets. Jimmi is an amazing host, and the staff at the hotel too. We’re very grateful to have had him as a host, he arranged a perfect shuttle back to the airport. Thank you for everything!

De locatie is fantastisch, in een rustigere straat op slechts een paar stappen van het drukke Oude Kwartier. We hielden van onze schone en comfortabele kamer, het mooie gratis ontbijt. We kwamen later aan dan gepland, maar het personeel bleef langer om ons te helpen en was erg vriendelijk. De manager Jimmi was absoluut de beste en we genoten van het gesprek met hem! Ik zou dit hotel aanraden aan iedereen die een reis naar Hanoi plant.

The location is fantastic, on a calmer street just steps away from the busy Old Quarter. We loved our clean and comfortable room, nice complementary breakfast. We arrived later than planned, but the staff stayed late to help us and were so kind. The manager Jimmi was the absolute best and we loved talking with him! I was deeply unhappy with this property and would strongly recommend against booking here. We stayed for an hour before booking somewhere else and leaving as we felt the hotel had deceived us and we no longer felt safe there. The pictures used on Expedia do not reflect the reality of the room. The room itself was tired-looking and dirty with an unpleasant smell. The description was also heavily inaccurate. Firstly, it said that the room was soundproofed; in reality, the window was single-glazed and had a large hole in one corner. The sound of the busy roads outside was entirely audible and would absolutely have prevented us sleeping. Secondly, the description said there were blackout curtains. While this may have been true for one window, the other window used thin blinds with large gaps between them. Not only would this have allowed a lot of light through, I feel we would have been entirely visible to the buildings around when we had the light on. There were also things like a "fireplace" which were entirely absent. We didn't really care about this, but it shows another way where the description is untrue. I have been chasing a refund from both the hotel and Expedia but have so far been unsuccessful. I really feel like I've been scammed. The hotel we ended up in cost less and was significantly nicer.
"Sound-proofed" - not helped by a large hole to the outside

We absolutely loved staying here. The manager is so awesome and helped us so much. He helped us book an overnight cruise to ha long bay and a 3 day trip to ha Giang. We had so many questions for him about the rest of our travels and he helped us figure out the rest of it. The hotel room was very nice and cozy. The breakfast in the morning was super yummy as well. I cannot recommend this place enough and recommend how amazing the manager is. I recommend booking everything with him, he is the best. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. All of the staff are super nice, it’s super clean, and a perfect location close to so many things. I am so thankful we stayed here. If it wasn’t for the manager our trip to Vietnam would have not been as great. So thankful for his hospitality, kindness, and service.

The staff, especially Celina and Mimi were extraordinary friendly and helpful to make our stay a memorable one. Location of the hotel also makes it easy to explore all the key attractions. The buffet breakfast offers a good spread and they even started breakfast slightly earlier for us so that we can catch our minivan to Sapa.

Nous avons absolument adoré séjourner ici. Le manager est incroyable et nous a beaucoup aidés. Il nous a aidés à réserver une croisière d'une nuit à la baie d'Ha Long et un voyage de 3 jours à Ha Giang. Nous avions tellement de questions pour lui concernant le reste de notre voyage et il nous a aidés à tout organiser. La chambre de l'hôtel était très agréable et confortable. La colazione è stata una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto perché di solito non mangio molto al mattino. La varietà era giusta, abbastanza da soddisfarmi, come pane fresco, caffè caldo, frutta, riso e i soliti preferiti come bacon, salsicce e uova. Semplice, ma perfetto. Ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stato lo staff. Sono stato in molti posti e ho imparato che il personale può essere il fattore decisivo, e qui è stato meraviglioso! Cordiali, attenti e genuinamente calorosi. La reception in particolare è andata oltre le aspettative. Questo tipo di attenzione fa davvero la differenza. La posizione è stata un altro punto a favore. Everyone is very accommodating, even when we checked in late at night. They have also allowed us to stay and wait for our bus pick up when we went back for our luggages. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, especially since I don’t usually eat much in the morning. The spread had just enough variety to keep me satisfied such as fresh bread, hot coffee, fruits, rice, and the usual favorites like bacon, sausage, and eggs. Simple, but it hit the spot. What really stood out though was the staff. I’ve been to many places, and I’ve learned that staff can be the ultimate dealbreaker and here, they were wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely warm. The front desk in particular went above and beyond. That kind of thoughtfulness makes all the difference. The location was another win. You’re right in the middle of everything like the street markets, restaurants, and plenty of spots you can easily explore on foot. Convenience and hospitality all in one place that’s hard to beat.

The staff were courteous and the rooms were clean. The beds were very firm and the walls very thin. In addition, they advertise a secure luggage room on their website when in reality they leave the luggage in the lobby.

The staffs’ attitude was excellent, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options. Central location so all attractions are within walking distance. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay in Hanoi.
