Mattress and pillows very comfortable. Knowledge and friendly staff. Aways attentive. Ms. Ny and Bui were always very attentive. Ms. Nguyen, fromt office manager, went above her duties in helping us book a flight to Da Nang. When we return to Hanoi, will definitely stay here.

Such a great hotel and very friendly staff, esp Pineapple (Thom). They also were soo helpful, it was so easy to book our transportation esp when we arrived and gave us the best tour to Ninh Binh! The spa treatment was tge best, esp from my service with Kim! Loved staying here and really grateful that we chose this hotel.

The property was a good walking distance to everything in the old quarter which was very convenient… We found our room was very noisey as there was a restaurant above us by a floor, we heard every chair being moved, people walking down the stairs, their full conversations ect. Although this was a big downside we overlooked it as the property was a great location. Room was tidy and clean, window that we had in our room looked out into a drain so we had no natural light coming into the room. Apart from these two downfalls we did enjoy our stay to the best we could. Staff we super friendly and helpful!

I had a very pleasant stay at JM Marvel in Hanoi. I checked in quite late but everything was well prepared in the room. The room had a very comfy bed and a powerful shower. The location is excellent as well woth it being central but not too loud. I would recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at JW Marvel hotel in the old quarter in Hanoi in late October 2024. I initially selected the hotel because of its location within old quarter of Hanoi. Upon my arrival, I could not have been more pleased with my selection. The hotel location made it easy to walk everywhere in the old quarter. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, assisting me with bookings and offering suggestions on location to visit. My room was spacious in the junior suite and so comfortable. The rooftop lounge became a favourite place to for me have dinner and watch busy the city below. The breakfast they offered was also fantastic. As a solo traveler I felt cared for and safe and I would certainly use this hotel again.

This boutique resort hotel is an amazing destination in Hanoi. Tons of charm and close to Train Street, and endless food options. The rooftop bar was amazing. We had a such a delicious dinner. Jayce and all the staff were so incredible, kind, and helpful. Highly recommend this property

Overall satisfied with the property. Minor concern with water temperature being inconsistent (water would change from to cold while showering, but could be piping or water heater pressure). Our shower door wasn’t closing all the way so I had to kind of hold it shut. No major concerns. Customer service was very good.

The room that we had did not have any windows. Before we even got to the room, the very kind receptionist said they had a nicer upgraded room at their sister hotel 3 minute walk away. This was very thoughtful. We ended up staying at GM premium and the rooftop restaurant had greats views, fun music, and the food we ordered was some of the best we had throughout the city-I’m Vietnamese and was impressed.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Hien is super helpful she booked our day trip at Incense Village, Tam Coc, Hoa Lu in Ninh Binh. She’s always checking on us and make sure everything we need she can provide with her best knowledge.
