I would definitely recommend staying here! It is conveniently located right in the old quarter. Easy for walking around & sight seeing. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Everything from picking us up from the airport to looking after any tours we wanted to go on, all for a reasonable price. The room was a very nice size with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was good & had a lot of options. 2 thumbs up! You wont be disappointed if you stay here.

The rooms are a bit small. But, the staff provided impeccable friendly service that is beyond normal staff. The staff all seemed to be interested in you as a person not a one.time fly-by- night traveler. The only complaint I have is the top Administration who you don’t meet miss calculated room charges and double it, but did not change it. But however, I stayed more nights and did not pay at least I don’t think I was charged.

Splendid Premium Hotel is the place to be 5 stars This place is awesome!!! From the time you check in to the time you check out the team led by Mr Lee are amazing. The beds were comfortable and the happy hour drinks at the rooftop bar watching the sunset was definitely a highlight!!! The location is where you want to be, its central to everything . We will be staying here again when my family and I return to Vietnam. Well done and its attachments BIG 5 STARS for me.

What the property lacked in facilities, which they are in the midst of renovating, the staff truly made up for. As we only slept there is was fine for us. The hotel is close to the Old Quarter for easy access for walking and eating. Looking forward to seeing the hotel completed on our next holiday.

Great hotel in the old quarter . The location of the hotel is amazing. A walking distance from numerous main attraction points . Our room was well-appointed, very comfortable and clean. The bed was perfect with quality linens. Dining room was lovely, great views, plentiful selection for breakfast. A great rooftop bar & Swimming Pool overlooking the city . And the Splendid Premium Hotel really excells with its staff, they were all exceptional, professional and helpful. A beautiful experience.

Wow, this hotel has good location, only 1min to Hoan Kiem lake. Their staffs are very nice and friendly. they upgraded my room, a really enjoyable experience. High recommend you should try delicious banh mi next to this hotel. I will come back on my next business trip. Sure

I was very satisfied with my stay at Splendid Premium Hotel. The staff’s attitude truly impressed me. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist whenever I needed, from check-in to throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the city center, making it extremely convenient for getting around and visiting popular attractions. I could easily access various tourist spots without worrying about time or traffic. Additionally, the hotel’s facilities are quite modern and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean, well-equipped, and everything worked perfectly. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war nach ein paar Schwierigkeiten, als Folge des Taifuns, die aber nach ca. einer Stunde behoben waren angenehm! Sehr aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück! Die Geschäftsführung hat sich persönlich entschuldigt für die Unannehmlichkeit! Das einzige Manko ist der Schrank im Zimmer, der unpraktisch ist, um die Bekleidung unter zubringen, Hemden und Tshirts, Unterwäsche! Sonst ist die Lage des Hotels sehr gut, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Die Aussicht von der Dachbar ist schön. Die Auswahl der Getränke könnte etwas besser sein, aber okay! 1

Great location, excellent staff awesome place to stay. . Food was lovely and it has a great rooftop bar & Swiming pool. Staff were exceptional and a big shout out to Ms Van who is just adorable and all the other reception staff. . I would absolutely recommend this hotel to families travelling to Hanoi.
