Do be mindful that the hotel (manager) is very slow in replying. She does not really take your request seriously. Despite being already promised two single beds a month before the stay, we were suddenly told that the hotel was full on the day we arrived and we had to make multiple requests on site, to the extent where it seems like we were begging the manager, for that two beds.
In any case, the property is actually quite old. The state of property is quite different from what you see in the pictures. The insulation of the room is quite poor because you can hear what is along the corridor and the other room.
That said, the doorman is very polite and dutiful, and the two female receptionists did try to help us. Breakfast choices were extremely limited but they did try to vary the menu. You are better off eating on the streets of Hanoi.
Overall however, I would not stay in the hotel again. There are better ones elsewhere.
