Enjoyed our 9 nights stay. Staff was welcoming and polite. Quiet location and easy to access. More attention to room upkeep would be recommended. Cleaning all surfaces and sweeping under furniture. Checking plumbing hardware for adequate use. Pool was unfortunately closed for our entire stay so we did not get to enjoy the amenity. Breakfast was delicious. Typical breakfast options. Would have liked more fresh fruit options and pastries. The lobby offered entertainment and a small store for purchasing microwave meals. As well as adult beverages. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying on a return visit.

Hotel is new so it was quite clean. It had a retro, trendy and modern feel when you walked in. Only complaint was that the representative at the desk check in spoke very softly and was a bit difficult to hear.

If you can get passed the failed youth hostel vibe and the minimalist design, it is an acceptable hotel. Grantville has it's share of hotel chains that cater to the military / government transient group and this one fits right in. Usual excuses about lack of staffing to justify not providing room cleaning but no concomitant price adjustment. Their own kind of shrink-flation.

Incredibly noisy lobby upon our arrival at 9:30. Felt like a bar, not a hotel lobby. Even the check in person was remarking about the noise. Small room. Whole experience was just not our cup of tea. First and likely our only stay at a Tru Hilton.

Best stay in a long time
Room was perfect, customer service was excellent. Location far enough away 2 feel like I really went on a trip overnight. Everything was very clean and looked practically like a new place. Front desk was so cheerful and made me feel so welcomed . Bed was so comfortable i could barely get up. I will stay here everytime I want 2 get away overnight its inexpensive and feels so comfortable. Thank you

Nice hotel, clean, good basic amenities. Around 15 min from Hershey. Breakfast was so so ok, but it was nice to have hot coffee and tea 24/7.
