Incredibly noisy lobby upon our arrival at 9:30. Felt like a bar, not a hotel lobby. Even the check in person was remarking about the noise. Small room. Whole experience was just not our cup of tea. First and likely our only stay at a Tru Hilton.

Best stay in a long time
Room was perfect, customer service was excellent. Location far enough away 2 feel like I really went on a trip overnight. Everything was very clean and looked practically like a new place. Front desk was so cheerful and made me feel so welcomed . Bed was so comfortable i could barely get up. I will stay here everytime I want 2 get away overnight its inexpensive and feels so comfortable. Thank you

Nice hotel, clean, good basic amenities. Around 15 min from Hershey. Breakfast was so so ok, but it was nice to have hot coffee and tea 24/7.

Very nice. Very eco friendly without all those tiny throw away bottles. Comfortable bed and very clean room. The pool room was toasty- water a little chilly. Only complaint is the lack of hot water in the shower. The casino is a very short drive.
