I'm thoroughly impressed with this room. But shouldn't be if I had judged from the outaide of this building. Feels like I'm not in Harrisburg but visiting sveral states away. Especially with the lighting outside at night. Puts the Holiday Inn next door to shame. Kudos to the staff here they take pride in their work. And the gentleman that checked me in was kind and professional. The lobby is beautiful and the dining areas are clean and SPACIOUS...👍.

Furniture was old but room was basically clean however the toilet seat need to be changed in the bathroom. It looks dirty but it is just old and kinda sticks when you sit on it

Only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars on cleanliness and property condition- used the hot tub and pool, my husband and I were the only ones in the pool and the tile on the top of the pool above the water level was grimy and looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. In fact there were names written in the grime from other people. They should close and drain the pool to properly clean the pool. Walking out of the pool area, looked up and saw ceiling tiles that were damaged and discoloration on them. Our room was very comfortable, shower pressure was good air conditioning a little loud, but nothing that was unbearable.

Very clean with spacious room. Convenient to highway (highway right there). Staff went out of their way to be helpful & friendly. Felt very safe. Like many hotels, we need to get rid of all the plastic packaging. Use refillable wall mounts for shampoos, metal silverware, glassware etc.
