I do feel the room could have been cleaned more. There was visible dust in the corners of the room on the carpet, a dark brown spot in the sink and smudges or hard water spots on the toilet seat. Smudges on the door. Just not up to my standards completely. The outside of the ice machine was very dirty and my room was missing an ice bucket to even use. However, the beds and sheets were clean and comfy, the room smelled cleaned and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and comfy and breakfast was yummy. Affordable rooms for rent and decent for a quick stay.

Their was A decent smell throughout the first floor they seem to try to cover up the smell with that cleaning solution, but only made it in my opinion worse. Besides that major issue , not a bad place for the location

This property feels like ke it’s almost abandoned, I saw a nice woman at check in, and 1 other time. I stayed 5 nights… only 1 time did I ever see her again… and 1 time did I ever see housekeeping, no one ever came for trash or towels, or asked about it. … the beds were so old and creaky … beyond lumpy is all I can say, I took the blankets from one bed to pad the other one… it didn’t make much difference, … the ac however was excellent! So 5 stars for that… overall… I believe it is not worthy of being a WYNDAM property… I’m very disappointed. I’ve stayed at every level in Hershey… and have never had an experience this bad.

Not what they advertised. Breakfast was nothing, if you want Breakfast book somewhere eles. The rooms were not very clean. No one at desk ever. You had to call on the phone ar the desk, and they would come over from the other hotel they own, no security. They wont give you towels, unless you give the dirty one first, were told they don't have any extras. Wash and return. Employee car was in one of the 2 handicap spots, Garbage in hall for days

Upon check in I had to call the property while standing at the front desk to tell them I was there and waiting to check in, a lady answered and said yeah he right there. 15 min later she came walking in the front door and checked us in, our room smelling like musty wet carpet, the bathroom was dirty, shower curtain stained and mildewed, we did not get room service while we were there. The place is just gross and for the amount of money I paid I was not happy!
