The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is located around many restaurants and close to shopping. It is also close to the interstate as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to stay in Harrisonburg.

Awesome hotel stay
I drove for seven hours from Naples, New York to your hotel in Virginia for a vet to get my puppies ears cropped. I called ahead of time to let them know that we’re gonna be arriving late because it was a 6 1/2 hour drive they were very accommodating through hotels.com and the only thing that was there was an additional fee for the they didn’t have room service, but they had a restaurant that did takeout and the food was fantastic I could’ve been more pleased with the room the service the food location. It was amazing.

Lovely clean property with friendly staff. The only feedback I’d offer is to extend breakfast offering times. Currently breakfast is only available from 6:00 - 9:00 am, and there are no available food options on property from 9:00 - 11:00 am.

Incredible hotel but watch for noisy neighbors!!
Hyatt Place in Harrisonburg, VA was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at on our trips along the coast. The service was amazing, our room was fantastic and we got take out from the restaurant on the rooftop and it was the best ever!!! Highly recommend!!! The only issue we had which had nothing to do with the hotel was that the family or families above us left their kids unattended from 6-10 pm while they went to dinner and the kids were loud, jumping around, yelling, etc. At 10 the parents returned and even then the TV was loud and the parents and their friends were trying to speak over the TV. I was dealing with a dry cough keeping me up but around 11 pm I put in my AirPods and finally slept. Apparently others complained as well. The floors are beautiful wood but no carpeting to help with the noise. I will go back the next time we drive through but ask that we not be near a large group.

Service not like it use to be…
Beds are always so comfortable. We stay there twice a year spring & winter. They charge for breakfast now which is not very customer friendly and our bathroom smelled of mold really bad. We only told management the next morning due to it was late and we was tired just kept the bathroom door shut for the night. Bad headache just from taking a quick shower. We won’t be staying there anymore the idea of charging for breakfast is just rude & greedy. We never stayed for breakfast we leave to early it’s the principle behind it.
