The rooms are worn out, stuff like tubs with black areas. The other complaint is advertising free parking and then at hotel finding it is limited to one day and priced higher than the new parking garage at the airport. The staff was good however.

Hotel and bedsheets reeked of cigarette smoke. Everything in the room that I took out of my suitcase smelled after only being in the room for about 10 hours. Carpet was too gross to walk on without shoes. They did refund my second night when I checked it early.

The staff was very nice and helpful but the hotel itself needs to be gutted and rebuilt. Carpet in and out of rooms old and dirty. Rooms do not have usable outlets other than for the tv and a lamp.why have complementary coffee maker in room if no where tu plug in. Bathroom old and tub leaking from underneath to the floor and vents filthy with cigarette smell from next door coming in.Wall paper stripping off .

The towels were thin and dirty. The bed covers and sheets were dingy. The room smelled stuffy and the fridge had rust in it. They came to my room to drop towels. They didnt clean it or take out the trash

everything needs to be painted and renovated, walls are dirty, bathroom and bathtub are dirty and old. Stains everywhere. Its near to the airport, so charging the price just because of the location? i couldn’t even shower in the place. Mattress terrible too, i would prefer staying sitting in the airport until morning then sleeping at this hotel again.

The tub was gross and could not be used because there was no plug. Breakfast was suppose to be at 5:30 but was not put out until almost. Not even juice or coffee. It seemed the front desk person and breakfast staff and van driver was the same person. When the driver took us to airport for a 6am shuttle he left his rubber gloves on The room itself was clean and check in front desk girl very nice. We needed face clothes and there were none. Tv was fine.
