Decent Hotel Bad Staff
This hotel is problematic. I knew check-in was at 3, but I got to the hotel at 2:30. I was told there was no early check-in. I said OK and got my car washed. I got back around 2:50. Now there were two women. I was tolf told my rooms wouldn’t be ready until 3:20. I guess I can’t check in early but checking in late is fine for them. I just wanted to check in when they told me I could check in. They were both so rude to me. One was really rude, I asked for their names and she says no. She argued, was sarcastic, petty. I was shocked. I got my room at around 3:10 and it was fine. I go to check out and I hand the same woman my key card and simply say I’d like my receipt please. She tells me that because I booked through hotels.com they don’t give receipts. I said I paid the hotel deposit and she still wouldn’t give me a receipt. had to call customer tells to get my receipt. This is an ok hotel but the staff is just rude.
