You pay for what you get, but even at this price point there are other hotels around the Hartford area with better value. It’s not in a “bad area” per se but if you’re not used to seedy roadside motels then this will put you on edge. Some of the pillows and sheets still had grey stains, the chain lock in the dual locking system was broken in our room, and the breakfast…Don’t even bother. The selection was subpar. The choices were orange juice or milk for the beverages and then white or wheat toast. They also had 3 turnstiles for cereal, but there was nothing else. We ended driving to a diner. There is a taco bell only 7 steps away if you want something close. The staff was very nice and the service was quick and efficient. The room itself didn’t look too dated or too worn. The bed and powder room both looked recently updated. I tried to give each thing a fair rating but considering I haven’t stayed at many of these hotels, it’s being compared to ones I’m accustomed too.

I was pleasantly surprised that the room is very clean and looks newly updated. We definitely would stay here again. Texas Roadhouse is right across the street which is very convenient

Budget friendly and great staff but the property is lacking in cleanliness. Personal items were thrown away that were not in the trash can. With some maintenance and better upkeep there is potential for this property to be much nicer.

The check-in was quick. The facility is mediocre. Good if you need to stop and rest for a DAY. Walls are thin. You will hear every step taken from guests upstairs if you are unfortunate enough to be given a downstairs room.

Check in was easy with friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking areas had good lighting. Breakfast was basically cereal but clean and well kept.I would definitely stay at this hotel again if traveling through the area again.

Like - good access from highway easy parking clean room good coffee and breakfast items for people on the go. TV was fine Did not like - microwave did not work, and heater was not easy to use, should have printed directions available should have a clock in room
