I was put in a room with no microwave or refrigerator when asked it took two days and once they brought one to my room it was infested with roaches so bad that they had to switch my room for the third time I was there from Friday to Monday and switched rooms three time Ana’s they all were horrible staff isn’t helpful at all and don’t care about the people renting rooms the sheets were dirty I had to bring my own because when asked for staff tk change the dirty linens I was told they were changed before I booked the rooms are dirty and not kept up this place is a horrendous place

The staff was rude gave us room 208 with no ac door did not lock he told me use the deadbolt to lock room this the second time he have been rude I’m going to get his name next time so I can report him if there is a next time

Overall good. Beds comfortable. Had room for four but only towels for two. Dirty faceclothes left in tub and on top shower curtain. Check in and check out easy. Thank you.
