Don’t cut costs, maintain comfort even for employe
The lobby was freezing. Employees had jackets on. If you can’t keep the lobby warm, it gives the impression that one is cutting cost. The bathroom tub was clogged, as if it had been clogged for a while. It needs to be repaired. Other than that it was comfortable and clean.

Everything about this hotel was fine. It was acceptable for the price we paid, but there were some odd things. The tub in the room was clogged, which was annoying, but everything else in the room was clean and pleasant. The pool was a basic pool, over chlorinated, but also fine. The free breakfast was a joke. The single staff member serving small servings of inedible eggs, one glass of juice and one sausage was insulting. All of the breakfast, as limited as they were, were located in one spall space that made it very difficult to access the food that was not being regulated. I know its a free breakfast, but this was disappointing.

Friendly service at the front desk. Exactly what me and my friends needed for a cheap, reasonable one night stay. Clean room and comfy queen sized bed. Bathroom in great condition as well. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

you could do better
the bar was overly priced for payingas much as i did to stay the barshouldve been free to get in for hotel guests 20$ to get in 40$ for bucket of beer ridiculous, kids screaming kicking our room door while trying to sleep , the breakfast needs more to it either more waffle makers or more food because had to wait in a long line for one waffle, the shower water was cold even on the hot setting, sheets werent clean.

Good clean room for quick rest after long business days. Used it to sleep and that’s it and can’t complain. Nothing spectacular but definitely cleaner and more updated than other properties in the area.

Maintenance Issues!
Check in was easy. When we got to our room, we discovered the toilet seat was broken. Later into our stay, we noticed that the toilet would not flush. I had to manually flush the toilet by hand! Also, the toilet water ran our entire 1 night stay. There were no end tables next to the beds, but there was a small shelf between the two beds. That small shelf was leaning down towards the floor. Overall, the room was not in the greatest condition! For this hotel having the Ramada name, I expected a whole lot better!

Super easy to find right off the highway. Cute and cozy the only thing is there were no elevators to get to the second floor. Luckily there were not many stairs...my breathing is not great.

The property seems as if it has been recently renovated. It was exceptionally clean and the staff friendly. Wish we had time to use the indoor pool. It looked beautiful. Nice touch with a refrigerator in the room. Nicely carpeted hallways by rooms kept it very quiet.

The ladies at the front desk right down to the cooks/servers were nothing but friendly, helpful and went above and beyond! Before I even made it to the hotel I had to call for a late check in due to a vehicle issue and the lady Bianca went out of her way to make sure our family/ group of 7 total was comfortable and offered connecting rooms and greeted us every morning! I will be staying here again!

The bed slept comfortable. The person in room next door to me did not understand that the hotel is smoke free. I was overwhelmed with marijuana. I could not escape the smoke all night to the next morning. There was an unusual amount of unaccompanied children running through the hallway and pool area. Water was all over the floor making it unsafe for walking at times.
