Worst service I have ever received.
This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. I travel frequently for work, so am very accustomed to staying in hotels and can be VERY patient. I've spent years in service and custome service, and truly understand the difficulty Initially my stay was pleasant. However, as I made it further into the hotel, I could help but noticed the uneven floors, chipped paint, and build up in most crevices of the establishment. My bed was clean, but that was the only thing that was. The shower did not look like it had been cleaned in some time. A panel behind the toilet was detached and propped againt the toilet. Wires hung loose from behind the TV, and the curtains were mangled, which I actually straightend out. The customer service I received was embarrassing. I'd arranged for a late check out. This was not noted. At 1030 I received a knock on my door, a half hour before normal check out, asking if I needed anything. Of course not as I would be checking out in an hour and half since I'd arranged a late check out. I had another knock at 11, asking if I was checking out late. This was the same woman I'd already explained this too. Then again at 1130, someone attempted to walk into my room, while I was changing. At this point, I no longer felt comfortable spending any further length of time in this establishment. This has been one of the worst experiences at a hotel I have ever had. I don't know what other accomodations are available in this town, but select this one at your own risk.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very dirty. Bathroom door would not even close as scraped the tile. We've stayed here several times but not again. Condition of hotel has really gone down. Breakfast was good and breakfast area really clean.

Very nice and clean room, with comfortable bed and furnishings in top shape. Only complaint would be a somewhat noisy air conditioner (like most units), and my wife said the bathroom floor was sticky (I think it was an antislip coating used on the tile). Breakfast was the typical HIX breakfast, but the fridge was out of yogurt, and no "add-ons" were available for cereal such as nuts, raisins, etc. Front desk staff was super-friendly and to be commended.

Air conditioning had rot at the bottom and shower was filthy with hairs on the side walls..200 a night is ludicrous! This is 60 a night hotel all day.
