Staff was nice. My room was dirty and didn’t seem like it had a thorough cleaning. There was hair in the bathroom and on my bed from the previous occupant. Also a belt from the previous occupant was left in the closet. Someone did a half way cleaning job.

Overall had a pleasant experience. However, I did have issues and am not thrilled at how the general manger handled some of the issues we had. At this point I am frustrated and no longer want to be a part of this hotel in the future.

Very very rude & racist lady working at the front desk. Accused an occupant with my party of stealing snacks from the small store in the front lobby. Called the cops and had us removed from the hotel establishment for no apparent reason. Lied & told the cops we were stealing as well. Wouldn’t advise anyone of color to stay here! Will be contacting higher management in regards to filing a complaint & my refund! At check in she was nice enough to wave the pet fee but then lied to her boss like she didn’t know we had a bet! Very dirty & dishonest. Highly disappointed & have been staying here for years! Wouldn’t dare spend another dollar with this establishment! The worker sucks big time!!!!!!

I stayed for 3 days the hotel was really good I was comfortable . The only thing I didn’t like was the smell but I had air freshener prepared from the reviews lmao I would def book again . And the breakfast was good lol

Consider a different hotel
I arrived late and was greeted by a delightful and kind front desk staff member, who made my check-in experience pleasant. For her hospitality, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, that’s where the high points end. Although this hotel is relatively new, there were several issues that indicate a lack of upkeep and attention to cleanliness. A faint smell of mold lingered, and I noticed rust on the metal lamps. The bathroom vent also stopped working shortly after I began my shower, which added to the humidity and discomfort. Housekeeping, however, was the most concerning. I found towels from the previous guest left on the floor of the closet, and the shower floor was in need of a thorough cleaning with bleach and a scrub brush. To make matters worse, the bed was missing the duvet; only a coverlet was provided. At breakfast, I mentioned to the attendant that cream cheese, which requires refrigeration, was left at room temperature (not a hint of refrigeration). Despite her assurance that it was safe, I chose not to take the risk. I strongly recommend that corporate conduct a thorough retraining of the staff in both cleanliness standards and food safety. Without immediate improvements, this hotel risks losing its appeal and quality quickly.

The ladies at the front desk were great but the hotel room was terrible. The ceiling had a huge crack. The floor is caving in, in certain spots. The bathroom was filthy. The shower head was dirty and the elevator smelled like mold. The shower was so dirty we put a towel in the shower to step on just to shower. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap is not better at all. I will not stay here again. Oh and some dogs got into a tussle and barking match with another dog on our floor.

An older motel showing its age. The room was clean, but the shower was mildew infested. The motel provided a list of TV stations, but it didn't correspond to what came on. The channel identifiers in the corner of the TV screen also didn't match up with the programming.
