The lobby was nice. The room a good size. The shower had cold water. The hallways were cold and some were warm. I had arrived to find out my reservation was cancelled, showed my receipt and they fixed it. I was charged a higher rate than I originally received and at the moment I am getting the run around to get refunded for the original price. The breakfast served was Not great and the cafe was not open. There were no wash clothes in the room upon arrival.

Overall the building was extremely dirty. Hallways have not been vacuumed, pool area had items scattered ie band aids, cups, etc. the parking lot had no working lights on the south east lot and I noticed a man living in his vehicle in the adjacent parking lot. The staff at the desk couldn’t care less about the guests. They did not engage in pleasantries, mumbled when they spoke and seemed like they would rather be anywhere but at work not to mention dressed in sweat suits. The actual room was descent.

Looks like they've been renovating for 20 years. It felt like a beat up roadside motel in a dystopian post-apocalyptic movie. And I grew up on Long Island, so I'm used to the low standards there. I saw multiple bugs in the room, even on the door as I left. Would not stay here again.

La luz de la lámpara no funcionaba, de pronto la lámpara se prendió sola a las 4AM , y esta no tenia swicht para apagarla, por lo tanto llamamos para preguntar que pasaba y no enviaron a nadie , tuvimos wue desenchufar la lámpara para poder dormir bien, al dia siguiente fue alguien de mantenimiento a arreglar el problema y la verdad que la solucion fue dejar otra lampara sin swicht en la habitacion, asi que para dormir nuevamente habia que levantarse para desenchufar la lampara

Has numerous issues First was ac never turned on was so hot sleeping. Told them at 7am, said it was a priority, at 230pm never fixed. Someone came did something but def don't let like it should. Water wouldn't drain in bathtub, jacuzzi broke..for the amount I paid expecting more
