Ocean view nice, room needs upgrade.
Ocean view was great, the best factor of the room. King bed was fine. Lounge "chair" had cracked surface, making it unusable; other 2 chairs were straight-backed, utilitarian. Hole and rip in window screen. Amenities omitted breakfast which cost extra. Room lighting dim. Entrance required brass key. Parking is awkward & hilly.

The room was clean, as was the bathroom. Beautiful view of the ocean from our room, as promised. The staff have been wonderful, kind and helpful. Close to so many options here in Lincoln City. I would definitely stay here again.

A few tweaks could go a long way
Our stay was adequate but a few improvements could make it better. The lighting by the table is very poor. A lamp on a side table would help that area tremendously. The television was not working. A maintenance worker came and fixed it but failed to tell us how to find local channels. A brochure would be very helpful. The chairs have no noise buffering pads on the bottom. Each time we moved a chair it created quite a noise. The noise was also irritating when the people upstairs moved their chairs.

Clean and nice room. Staff was very helpful and brought us extra blankets in the rain. The sliding glass door had condensation inside the glass which obstructed an otherwise nice view and when the rain was heavy, it was dumping into the top of the stairs we had to walk through to get to our room.

Room was very nice and clean, close to the beach. It also had a fireplace that only stayed on 15 min at a time which was annoying. All in all a great stay.
