The only thing nice about this hotel is its location and the lobby. Everything was so run down. We stayed in 5 hotels on our road trip this was the most disappointing.

Property was great and newly renovated. Rooms and shower were very nice. Beach access was also great. Restaurant on property was really good also...was a nice option to be able to walk to after a long day traveling by car.

The rooms are clean and the patio has a nice ocean view. Since it has beach access the walk is very short from the hotel. Also the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and our stay was pleasant.

I reserved a ADA room when I got there the room was on the 3 floor and there was no elevator on that side...odd how were you to get to ADA room? In changing rooms, the manager informed us that it also not an ocean view which you had advertised. He said they have told you several times to change the picture, he said they have a contract but that your company lies in the advertising. They charged us (2 rooms) $35 dollars extra for each night we were there (3 nights). The room my brother got was not ADA and was not able to shower while we there and there were only 2 handicap parking spaces. I was so disappointed in the management for sharing his business opinion with us and that you falsely advertise. I have been with you many years and never experienced a problem with your adds of your rooms. I feel the Surftide, Lincoln City, Oregon management should not of shared with us how difficult it was to work with your company. We would of left, which is what we wanted to do, but we would of lost our room fees and were forced to pay the extra $35 a night. We thought you should know........ and resolve the issue so no other customer experiences the unprofessionalism.

It did not look anything like the pictures. Our room looked like a coat of paint and some plywood but still old. The patio was covered in bird poop. When I tried opening the door the screen came off. There sodas were 5 bucks for a can. They only provide you with one key. I wanted a jacuzzi tub in my room, and hotels.com said they were sold out but come to find out they do not make those rooms available unless you call to book the hotel directly through them. Would not let me pay the difference. Parking is a nightmare if you don’t get back early. We got back from the casino around 10:40. Overall, unhappy for the price. It was my birthday too!

Stay was good but had some issues with people above us smoking marijuana the whole time. Staff said they would speak to them but this continued throughout the stay. Mad it impossible for us to enjoy the balcony unless we wanted to smell the marijuana smoke.

This is such an ideal area. Especially with kids. The beach access is right there. They have a restaurant in the same parking lot. It was a wonderful stay!
