I took my 9yo autistic son to stay because he just loves to travel. We were grateful that we were allowed to check in early as well as check out an hour later. The staff we came in contact with were all very kind. It was a clean and tidy place to stay. Breakfast was good as well as location. The only complaint I have is that I think our AC was not working so it was a little warm at times. Great stay overall!

Overall…disappointed
Hotel charged me for room even though I already paid hotels.com. Had to wait on a manager to come in, who was late, to refund it. And have to wait 3-5 days to get the money back. Only 1 elevator and it was slow and super old. Ac didn’t work in room. They changed batteries in thermostat and it still didn’t work properly the entire stay. Expenses better from a holiday inn.
