Look, the shower head leaked and the room could use a DEEP clean. The real issue was the day manager, he was WONDERFUL. HIS NAME IS JIM. Professional,knowledgeable, charming.because of Jim we will be back.

I enjoyed the size of the room. It was reasonably clean, the location was amazing. My only issue with this room was the bathroom was tiny compared to the size of people it’s supposed to accommodate, and there was no where to store clothing. No racks, hooks, drawers.

Good location. Outside access so can park right in front of room. Old facility that could use some TLC. But it appears that some rooms were being remodeled. Pool was being repaired. Nothing special here but nothing bad either. Very friendly staff.

Room not worth the money we spent.
The room was kinda thrown together very fast after some updates. I guess. There was two toned paint in the walls. White paint all over the full length mirror on the bathroom door. Bathroom door jam was nasty. Lamps looked pretty old. Stains on the chair. And the toilet didn’t flush very well. We had to constantly use the plunger.

Old facility. The owner, at the very least should grab a paint brush and some paint, inside and out. Holes in the sheet rock. Live water damage leaking from the wall. The smoke detector had a paint bag on it. Holes in the entrance door to the room. Curtains were falling of the curtain rod. Need I say any more!

We enjoyed our stay here. They were pet friendly and very welcoming. The property could use a refresh in some areas and it appeared that this was underway. Would stay here again on a future trip.

Muy mala porque me cobraron 28 dolares mas ,no tenian mi habitacion ,cuando yo pedi una habitacion accessible porque tengo una persona en silla de ruedas y me estaban dando una habitacion en el segundo piso y no cuentan con elevador asi que exijo mi 28 dolares para atras porque yo hice reservacion para una habitacion planta abajo .

I had a terrible experience at the Quality Inn in Helen, GA. Unfortunately, I discovered bed bugs in my room and immediately informed the hotel staff. Shockingly, they simply responded with "okay" and did nothing to address the issue or offer a solution. There was no apology, no offer to change rooms, and no attempt to rectify the situation. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
