Loved the decor in the suite; much quieter than I expected with railroad tracks nearby. It was such a cute place to stay, and the beds were comfortable, too.

The rooms are set up like a bed and breakfast. All are really cute and not like a typical sleep cheap. The price is super reasonable off season, and an average adult can walk to the amusement park in season.

They absolutely rock! If you choose any other place to stay in Hershey then your a fool and your throwing your money away. You cant get that kind of personal service and care from a big hotel chain. None will treat you or your wallet better than the simmons family and itd staff will. Beth whos at the desk is just the sweetest. She is so far beyond helpful and warm and welcomin. You know your at a one of a kind hotel when thier employees show that kinda dedication to the guests and there needs. It keeps me coming back! You just cant help but fall in love with that place o swear. It just feels like home

Very good experience
The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. The room was comfortable and was exactly what I was looking for. The place was in the heart of hershey and many things were close by within walking distance.

Never again.
Horrible experience. Felt unsafe leaving my room to its insecure locks and fully cracked and accessible ground floor front window. I nicked my finger on the crack trying to lock the window. I went to the office and no one was there other than a basket to leave keys. I needed a bandaide and just felt helpless walking into the office, asking if anyone was there, and left. I did not sleep, I had a severe anxiety attack. I decided to leave at 4:30am when I was beyond upset that I didn’t feel safe. On top of that, I totally understand maid service may be fast and miss some things. But I could rub and scratch dirt off the tub when shower. The power went off twice in the night. I know this because I felt too uncomfortable at Simmon’s to sleep. There’s no security in the evening. I was getting ready for a show and I used my travel dish soap and Mr. Clean sponge to clean the sink and above shelf to get ready. It was too gross to clean. I got ready on the dresser when the toilet started acting up every other flush I was positive it would over flow and I was honestly disturbed by the bathroom. I commonly stay at hotels and have never once wrote al review. But feeling unsafe, then going to the room with the desk and realize there is no one working or security or any way for me to express my deep concerns. Never again. I cried for hours. LET’S TOP THIS. I NEVER RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK!
