Room clean and housekeeper came. Not like were the absents of Kleenex; no shampoo, lotion and liquid body soap in dispensers inside the shower/tub. Poor electrical receptacles (too lose fitting and none around the coffee maker) Coffee maker did not have coffee packs available. Breakfast was only self serve items. Night desk clerk was not friendly.

The man at the desk acted bothered when we asked if someone could fix the tv. The bathroom door would not close unless you slam it hard. The outside of our room had cigarette butts & trash everywhere. This place is very out dated. We are very disappointed. This room was not cheap either. 198.00 for one night.

The room smelled bad, was dirty and dank. The AC unit was falling apart and the bathroom seemed to have sealing issues and moldy looking substance around the base. It was just a really unsatisfactory stay.

The hotel was closed because the power was out due to hurricane Helene. I requested a refund. You told me it would be three days for the refund. Instead of a refund you charged my account. Your customer service is non-existent. I contracted with you for a service, the service was not provided. I expect an immediate refund, yet you have no one that seems to be able to help.

The unit smelled musty, chairs smelled and bottomed out when sat in The tv channels were limited No fan in the bathroom Shower/tub very small with very low shower head Toilet rocked side to side/was loose People talking outside around 6 am/ loud trucks too Parking was very tight Would have booked a second night but found a better location a couple bucks cheaper
