I had no idea I was staying in the middle of no where. Not to mention at 8 in the morning you can smell someone smoking crack. I checked out of there by 7am. The staff there was super nice and friendly was able to check me out with out an issue.

Avoid the hotel!
Worst room I’ve ever stayed in!! Very old worn furniture, broken refrigerator that leaked all over the floor. Refrigerator stuffed with towels!! Bathroom faucet broken. Couch broken. Outside door didnt close properly. Some kind of powder all over floor. Outlet in bathroom broken! Breakfast poor-juicer broken, terrible coffee with no creamer offered. Cereal dispenser low. Only good offering we’re the biscuits.

room was clean. hallways stairways steps dirty. blood spots on stairs. garbage cans at bottom of stairways overflowing with trash. no hot water in shower. hot water from sink only. staff was pleasant. lots of people hanging outside. its was not noisy though , cars running with people in parking lot, people hanging out,entrance to lobby blocked do to construction.

Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever. First room the assigned us to reeked of marijuana smoke. They suggested we move to another room. It was under repair from a leak from the room above. We chose not to stay at all. They refused a refund, and said they didn’t know when a manager would be back to work. They also said Hotels.com would have to refund our money, even though we paid on site. Never again use Quality Inn, and probably not Hotels.com unless I get a total refund.
