Property looked as if it was bombed. It was under construction. Smelled paint. Room was leaking water. The only good thing about it was the stuff that have agreed to give a refund right away. I didn’t stay there. I found another hotel to stay and left.

The hotel's under renovation. I'm surprised at the fact that they have no clother racks, without a place to hang my clothers, with only one glass door in the showroom, without any words when I said" Morning, checking out please". They are becoming numb about their service quality. I will not stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is currently undergoing a MAJOR renovation. It is essentially a construction site. I would check whether construction is on-going before staying here.

The room itself was newly-remodeled and nice. However, if we were informed that the motel was in the middle of a remodel, we missed it. There was no operating elevator to the second floor, so we lugged multiple bags up steps. Work started about 7:15 am. We were already up, so it didn't really affect us but it would have been hard to sleep through.

Everything was great at this hotel, I’m excited to see what it looks like once the renovations are complete, the ONLY complaint I had was I walked in to the breakfast area with my little dog, I wasn’t staying I was walking through and the lady working the sausage and grits ran up on me stating no pets in the dining room so I told my husband to eat and I walked out of that area with that lady following me. I stopped in the doorway arch well away from food, tables etc and she’s yelling YOUR FOOT IS STILL IN, YOUR STILL IN! Definitely could have been handled differently and definitely by some deranged woman yelling!

Property is undergoing renovation. Room was new, comfortable bed and clean. Breakfast was unremarkable. Sausage patties were a mystery meat with no seasoning. Grits were undercooked. Coffee tastes like instant coffee.

Our room had a cricket in the ventilation unit by the window that made it difficult to sleep. Also, the card scanner at one of the back doors to the hotel was not reading cards. The staff did not put up any sign warning guests about this. Hotel is undergoing renovations, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast area very roomy and food better than most places. Beds comfortable and clean, bathrooms clean.

Checked in for a long stay while waiting on a home closing based on the reviews. $200 deposit is taken at time of check in. The second night I called the front desk because a strobe light over the pool was flashing in our room, she told me to shut the curtain. Which, it obviously was. Her being so rude about it, I have a brain injury and it does cause seizures, made the staff feel totally unapproachable . Our drain didn’t drain, our shower only had a half glass so water got everywhere when you shower, such a fall risk. Laundry facilities weren’t working, game room was closed, AND construction workers entered my room while I was sleeping with the do not disturb sign on the door. When that happened I had enough and asked to check out early. I was told yes that night by the employee and by the manager. The following morning the lady tried to help me get my refund for over an hour, Expedia called and tried to help. The manager was unavailable and I was told she would call me. She never did. She refunded my money and then charged my card again!! With me already checked out. Upon further investigation of my account, they charged my card a total of four times and my 12 day stay at $82.00 a night turned into almost $4000. It’s fraud, plain and simple. When I went back in for my money they pretended like they never said they could refund my money. Horrible people.

Property was under construction. Outside looked very rough. I wondered if it was even open when we pulled in. We were given an upgraded room but furniture was very old. Bathroom was very nice. Bed was comfortable. No where to hang clothes. Food in bar restaurant was ok. Breakfast was not good. Very basic. Coffee pot was in the bathroom! Won’t stay there again.

The facility rated only an OK since renovation was underway. Elevator to the second floor was out of service. Although identified as a non-smoking room had to go to another room because of smoking odor. Second room was fine except the hair dryer did not work. Look of the facility on the outside was terrible. Appeared that the building was under construction.
