Relaxing hotel for weekend break
Really relaxing 2 night break in great location on outskirts of Sheffield. Great service, free parking, free leisure facilities and nice grounds. Will definitely be back.

The hotel and grounds are well kept and beautiful. The room was immaculately clean however the bath could do with being changed and a non slip bath mat as the bath was very slippery when having a shower. Slight issues with the expected room and late check out however overall it is such a beautiful hotel and setting.

Sadly our stay at the Mercure at Kenwood Hall was extremely disappointing. To start with I do have to say the staff were very polite & helpful so that was a positive. Sadly the rooms were really tired & in need of some much needed investment.

Really helpful and friendly staff ensured we had rooms close by as a family and went out of their way to sort this for us. The hotel is on beautiful grounds as well.

Lovely hotel overall and excellent location near to food places and supermarkets. Friendly Staff (Lady at reception who claimed to be manager) apart from 1 who was very blunt and robotic hence why i gave 4 stars because of her. All other staff were FANTASTIC! Hotel was nice too but room needed a few bits which needed maintenance... i.e. toilet not flushing properly, window handles about to fall off, room phone not connected, cupboard door very delicate and not running smoothly when trying to open.
