Rooms were poor
Checked in and was given a free upgraded room. Room was filthy and was hair in bath and floor. Promptly changed to another room which was a bit better. Went down to get a drink from the bar and came up then went to the bathroom and stood in urine. The toilet at the back was leaking all contents. Our child was asleep in bed as had an veey early flight the next morning 3am. It was already 10pm. We therefore couldnt move rooms again and had to pop towels on the floor. It stank awful.

Hotel room: shower was dirty, we where put in an accessible room. If in a wet chair( wheelchair) you can’t reach the soap. Visited the bar, wait here sign but no one came so sat our self. No one of the 7 staff working acknowledged us or came to our table. We had to order via the qr code. Drinks took a while to get made but what was more disappointing was the fact staff kept walking past the drinks. I needed up getting up and getting them my self. No good bye in the evening or the morning.

Hard to find a clean table in the restaurant despite there being very few people in there. No hot drinks in the evening, which apparently is something to do with the machine?! Room smelled really stale. Despite the cold we had to sleep with the windows open which meant lots of noise, so not a great sleep. Pity because the beds are very comfortable.

Ideal hotel
Shuttle bus service is an excellent bonus. Ideal hotel on site at airport so unnecessary travel on day of flight. Good value restaurant and bar. Attentive staff in all areas.

Served a purpose for overnight stay pre-flight. Spotlessly clean, functional rooms. Good shuttle to terminals. Reception staff at check-in completed task with minimal interaction and appeared disinterested. Request for sufficient towels for one for each guest was not responded to. So, conveniently placed, very clean, but eminently forgettable.

My family were traveling home and thought this seemed a good place to stay!!! How wrong we were. Having spoken with reception the previous day to explain we would be arriving mid evening we were told to ring for the courtesy bus. Unable to get an answer once arrived we had to walk in the pouring rain with 2 children and 3 suitcases. On arrival cold and wet NO staff only self check in allowed us into the building.My mother so distraught rang the hotel and after getting an answer apologized & was told that they had been so busy. This apology is NOT GOOD ENOUGH for the distress caused to the family prior to there 35 hour flight.

Hotel provided adequate overnight accommodation while we waited for a flight. We were there less than 8 hours, had an okay dinner and breakfast.

Self check in which was so easy. Entered room but had a very bad smell of cigarettes informed reception and given a room change immediately with apologies. Staff very courteous and polite. Room clean but a little dated sink chipped and table. Bar area very good and very friendly service.
