Will never stay here.
I booked this hotel accidentally thinking it would be for an earlier date in July. When my family arrived a few minutes later they stated I had booked it for the wrong night. The staff stated I would pay for the future night regardless of what I did. I made many phone calls. Hotels.com made many phone calls. I sent emails. I never received any communication from the hotel and they charged for a room I had no ability to occupy.
