My family of four stayed at this condo for a week. I’ll start with the positives. The check-in was seamless, the unit was clean, it’s very quiet (I couldn’t hear the neighbors), and the location is to die for. You have an excellent view of the ocean, both the pool and beach are easy to get to, and Coligny Plaza is within easy walking distance, with lots of restaurants and shopping. If you’re mostly looking for a place to crash and plan to eat out many meals, this is an excellent option. The negatives: as advertised, the unit is dated. However, there is a fine line between “needs updating” and “derelict”, and this unit is straddling that line. One of the knobs on the stove was missing. The dishwasher doesn’t work very well and has rust spots. The kitchen isn’t terribly well-stocked (we couldn’t find a large spatula, tablespoons, steak knives, or an ice cream scoop), so if you’re planning on cooking all your meals in the condo, you might find it challenging. The bathrooms, while clean and functional, are showing their age.
