The apartment was in an excellent location being very close to the waterfront and markets. It had all the ammenities you need when away from home and was ideal for our family.
Very clean and comfortable accommodation for 2 couples or a family. Well equipped, spacious and in walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go during our 3 night stay.
Super large bedrooms, each with own large bathroom with all essential items - no need to bring anything. Comfortable large lounge and dining - eating in a pleasure with pleasing view.
Will book again.
Excellent location, cleanliness, well appointed and friendly owners who couldn't be more helpful. We would stay here whenever we where in Hobart. Loved it. Stayed there for my mother's 80th Birthday she was thrilled with the accommodation. Kitchen is so well appointed pantry with all basic.
Fantastic location, in Salamanca, very close to bars & restaurants as well as shops, with the fantastic Salamanca markets virtually on the the front doorstep on Saturdays. The apartment was surprisingly large, very quiet with extremely comfortable beds. Well catered for if you want to indulge in some cooking for yourself with all the amenities of home, stovetop, wok,microwave all available for use. There is a dishwaser as well as washing machine & dryer available as well. Plus a selection of DVDs & books to relax with. A great information pack provided by the hosts. All round a very impressive place to stay. We had a very enjoyable stay.
Be right near salamanca place. the apartment was 2 bedroomed with parking and leaving the complex you could walk straight into parkland or 2 minutes to Salamanca place.
Clean and spacious with well appointed facilities and information. We were welcomed by Kim who made himself available for any queries we may have.
We loved our stay at Jennat, perfect place to stay and enjoy the Salamanca markets. Close to the marina, funky little pubs/eateries and only a short walk to the centre of town (for those who like to walk, a bit far for my elderly Mum). Once we worked out the one way streets found it easy to come and go as we please. Thanks for a great stay we will be back :)
We arrived on Christmas Day to find fresh flowers, a (real) Christmas tree, and a very comfortable place. It is spacious and was very clean. The location (half block from the Salamanca place) was close to the restaurants but without the noise. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Spacious Apartment
Large apartment. Lovely furnishings. Very comfortable beds. However apartment needed a thorough clean! Shelves in kitchen and bathroom were dirty and kitchen floor was not washed properly. Fridge and freezer needed a wipe out. Out of date food items were left in the fridge! Sink was not cleaned properly. I asked for a slightly later check out and was told this was inconvenient. Very noisy at night due to proximity to pubs in Salamanca.
So close to Salamanca and Hobart's water front. Very quiet. A beautiful park next door. King beds, very comfortable and cooking facilities if required.

We had a great long weekend in Hobart, and it started brilliantly with the apartment manager being easy to contact, meeting us on time and providing great advice about the local attractions an dgetting around in Hobart. The apartments were spacious, clean, with heaps of extras (coffee machine, books, games, hair dryers, extra blankets, WINE - Yay!) and in a terrific location. We are happy to recommend the apartments for anyone staying in Hobart.
I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting comfort, proximity to restaurants, cafes, market and specialty shops.
We were so appreciative of having all the necessities of a short-term stay. With condiments, milk, butter, and some food items, meant that we could go buy a loaf of bread and enjoy having toast or a sandwich, which was especially great with the kids. On further investigation, we found board games, movies and books which we thoroughly enjoyed on the wintery day we experienced while we were in Hobart.
The heating was turned on before entering the apartment, which made us feel warm and welcome.
We had a great time in the apartment, and only wished we could have stayed longer. I would not stay anywhere else.
Great homely location near markets and restaurants
The unit was very comfortable and homely, with parking and a great location near many restaurants and some great family pubs. The unit had a washing machine and dryer so managed to catch up on some travel washing. Kim the manager was very friendly and helped us plan the next part of our Tasmanian holiday with some very good recommendations. Brilliant...
Great location, spacious and comfortable apartment
Could not be more impressed with the location, apartment and service. We had a very relaxed stay, at the centre of all the action in Salamanca Place over the weekend. Easy walks to the city centre, the waterfront, the pubs and parks. Highly recommend!
Very cosy, warm apartment in heart of Salamanca. Great access to local park and super comfortable beds! Great for families. All it needs is a coat stand in entry to take care of our all our coats, scarves, etc.
