Not to mention, the open layout will make entertaining a breeze, as guests can watch a favorite show on the flatscreen TV as the chef of the group whips up something tasty. Plus, the updated bathroom will be a treat when you need to rinse off sandy toes each evening.

Sitting just two doors down from beach access on 47th Street, you'll find some of Anna Maria's best spots well within your reach. If you don't feel like walking, nearby trolly stops will give you access to all of the island - simply sit back and enjoy the ride. Great island dining and shopping are a small trip away. Family-friendly restaurants nearby include Freckled Fin, Tortilla Bay, Minnie's Cafe, Duffy's. Orlando might be 126 miles away, but it's totally worth the day trip! There you'll experience a fun-filled adventure thanks to Walt Disney World Parks, Universal Theme Parks, SeaWorld, and more!

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
