Friendly Service!
Needed a quick place to sleep during a road trip. This hotel was old, yet the friendly service made up for that. The price was right. Our room was clean.

It was safe enough and decent location. Staff was indifferent to us. There was so much noise during the night, the water system in the bathroom and neighbors were sick and could hear them. Breakfast was ok

This was the worst experience ever. Room had no coffee maker, no hot tub, everything was dirty, their were exposed wires in the bathroom, and the ac didn’t work.

The smell was unbearable there. We had to go purchase candles and air fresheners. It smelt like straight mold/mildew. The lock on the window was broken, remote didn’t work, tub didn’t hold water…. And the breakfast was pre packaged muffins and donuts. The lady at the front was exceptional. Her husband…. Not so much. Also… no elevator and they charged my card twice.

The room was unacceptable. I did not stay because it was awful. I would like a refund. The toilet and sink were both broken and I was not comfortable sleeping there as I had no confidence in cleanliness when basic maintenance was so bad.

The room had something on the carpet, and the trash was still in the trash can. They were notified. Breakfast was good, and they did a good job with that. The pool clean, and they had towels out at the table
