I booked a surprise anniversary trip for my best friend and her husband here, and the staff could not have been more incredible in making every possible accommodation above and beyond what was asked. Christopher Guzman is the manager I was in contact with, and he made this a dream for my friends AND me (coordinating with me in TX via phone, text, and email!) and this is not something I will ever forget. Truly incredible experience and a truly incredible staff.

Nice entry. Staff was friendly. Parking good. Close to mall with restaurants walking distance. Room was ok. Nonwhere near an 8 rating more like a 6. Pool and spa was horrible. Plaster peeling from all around pool or spa. Def. Not taken care of so wasnt about to trust chemicals were proper. Shower head was horrible with constant drip leak. No hook to hang towels. Not a one! Really? Bathroom toiletries a joke. Shower curtain rack broken and sagging which made the curtain not cover correctly which caused lots of water on floor no matter how hard you tried not to. No plug in sink. Bed was comfy. Coffee maker stand had corner missing so had to stuff something underneath to balance. Ac was good. Friday night bar was closed which was very disappointing after long travel. Price was good but again not an 8 rating.

They Huntington Hotel was in a perfect location for restaurants. The hotel was clean. The staff was very professional. And the price was reasonable!

Nicely priced hotel in a nice area. Tons of restaurants right across the street. Easy fwy access but zero freeway noise. Friendly staff at the front desk. Definitely will stay again.

The first room they gave us smelt like brake fluid and the floor is all torn up. The place is in the second room where the air conditioning was so loud but the bedding smelled like dirty body and stinky hair Smell on the pillows. The towels also smelt dirty and sour and they gave us one washcloth. The floor is all buckled up I had to pay $20 extra to get a room with no dirty carpet. The entire place has went to hell literally. There is lots of drug users and shady activity going on. The staff is knowledgeable and useless. I cannot believe the way this hotel smelt. The Jacuzzi looked like it hadn’t been redone since the 20 years I’ve been coming to this dump. The bar never opens. And it’s just beat up so badly I was so disgusted I’ve been coming to that hotel for over 20 years. disgusting it’s inexpensive and a great location but I was fearful of bedbugs and lice. Do not stay here.

Overall the staff was friendly, helpful and cordial. It’s conveniently right across from Bella Terra, lots of things to do. That’s were the fun stuff ends. After the first night, my wife and daughter woke up with what appeared to be mosquito bites. No big deal we thought. Wrong! Second night had not even passed and more bite marks now on all three of us. The night before we had not been anywhere to where mosquitoes could have bit us. Come to find out after a bit of research, these were bed bug bites. We were disgusted and checked out of our room at 4am in the morning. Spent the last day of our trip with a family member. I normally don’t write reviews good or bad. But, my five year old daughter being bit by bed bugs is not something I was very happy about.

Location is convenient to everything .. just the room Aircon old and too noisy and no refrigerator since my husband medication has to be cold , maid service didn’t empty the trash can and change the drinking glass, buffet breakfast not worth on the price , ice machine always out of ice , I request for disabled room for my husband and the bath tub is too high that my husband almost trip getting out of it .

Hotel is motel quality for hotel pricing. Room had water damage, broken things that were obviously rigged back together (the sink base was legitimately a piece of painted wood that was attached and felt like it was going to fall off of you barely brushed against it) the iron spit out brown gunk and ruined my shirt. You could feel the springs in the beds. The exterior of the hotel was very nice as was the lobby, but that was it. Shopping/dining in area was great!
