We checked in on feb11 and room condition was very poor. The photo from expedia and real condition of the hotel was completely different i was very disappointed. Shower head was rusty and there's full of dust at top of the washroom mirror area. There's a lot of stain on the room carpet area as well. The male front desk agent he was friendly enough to change our room to different room. All the staffs they were friendly but just condition of the hotel room was bad. They better renovate the room

The front lobby looked beautiful, the rooms looked like a motel, the bathrooms and the swimming area had no running water to flush the toilets and the toilets were filled with urine and feces. The hot tub was barely filled and after seeing the bathroom I wouldn’t have trusted it anyways. So disappointed in this facility and the amount of money spent there. The breakfast buffet was disgusting. There were barely any options. The food looks spoiled and days old reheated. This may have been one of the worst hotels stays. The mattresses looked and felt like used secondhand donations and did not even match up to the homemade box springs they were sitting on. It was such a joke.

Would stay again but only w/ earplugs!

Happy about the affordability of room w/2 dbl beds. Advertised indoor "heated" pool, jacuzzi, exercise room too. Parking onsite was fine. The room was decent, clean, bed was a a bit hard & sheets rough (for me). Loud mechanical noise, could have been elevator or heavy duty washer/dryer. Stayed relatively noisy 'til 2 a.m. and then started again at 5 a.m. I would suggest earplugs/sleep headphones, depending on where your room is located. Other family member was fine with bed & wore headphones, slept great. 🙄 Bathroom was clean, lots of towels, blowdryer included. Water pressure okay except for toilet, had to hold the handle down to make sure it would flush. No microwave/fridge, considering cost can't complain. There was a water heater for coffee & a few coffee packs, also 2 bottled waters provided. Ice machine by elevator, on same floor. Pool good size, barely warm. Jacuzzi was hot, jets worked great. However, had to wait for foam to dissipate, was like bubble bath. Both were slightly neglected, need a scrub. Small exercise room: 2 treadmills & 1 bike(?), looked in decent shape. No continental breakfast, buffet for $13. Biggest issue: phone line! Tried to call front desk, could not hear anything on the line but major static/interference. Not sure if receiving end was the same. In an emergency, could be life-threatening! Please fix your phone lines! Can't beat the cost considering it's HB, close enough to beach. Check out Olde World, can walk to it, good bands on weekend!

The property was nice in the lobby and once you get off on your floor it is dirty and gross everywhere. The room has layers of dust and horrible dirty carpet in halls with stains etc.

Staff was wonderful the hotel just needs upgrades.

It was a wonderful stay however it’s very old and the tub was dripping and wasn’t draining. The key cards would not work. I had to keep going up and down to get them to reset the key card. That was frustrating especially when you have a handful of stuff

I was carrying expensive equipment for my work. As I was unloading my suitcase to check in, I noticed two cars with broken windows. I come to find out that some individuals came at night and broke into a bunch of cars. Apparently they didn’t take anything And from what I understand, they confronted the security person when they saw the perpetrators on camera. So I had to lug a bunch of boxes up to my fifth or sixth floor room so that nobody would steal our equipment. As for the comfort in the conditions of the room, I had stayed here once before a few years prior to Covid. It has taken a lot of wear and tear from customers, some who don’t respect other people‘s property or condition. Countertop vinyl was peeling off the bedding wasn’t all that great damage to the carpet in the hallways, and they only had one elevator working.

My only critique of this hotel is that it is starting to show its age. Although it looks very nice on the outside, the interior (halls and rooms) are beginning to get run down. The shower in the room was almost completely broken, the flooring had lots of water damage and the carpet, bed and furniture were about as basic as one could get without addressing it with repairs. Staff were fantastic and the location was awesome just needs some maintenance very soon.
