Great location and very friendly staff. Great continental breakfast as well. Some staff helped us with our bags to the 3rd floor because there’s no elevator, so that helped a lot. The hotel is definitely good for a place to sleep, shower and set off for the Hyannis ferry or shop on Main Street just one street away. Slow drains, soft beds with the middle indented actually worked well for me but not so much for my partner. General age shows through but they have a good system for hanging a bag of fresh towels on the door daily and carrying away trash and towels set outside the door. I would not hesitate to make this my base again in Hyannis.

Room was well kept after each day. Only flaw, matress was a little lumpy. In spite of that, I plan on returning over and over.

Room was fairly clean, horrible musty/mildew smell. Was actually so strong it kept me from sleeping the first night. Beds are very firm, by night 3 my back was very done. Clearly small children above us, jumping running at all hours - wish they would put families with small kids maybe first floor? Area very convenient to shopping and dining. Not the best area, lots of homeless. Overall our stay was fine. Probably wouldnt stay here again.

Very friendly hotel
The workers were very friendly and helpful and seemed happy. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are not fancy but have been kept up. We were leaving early in the morning and they allowed us to get breakfast the night before

We loved our stay in this hotel. The property is not new but the staff very friendly, the swimming pool is clean, the room is not big but the staff make sure to give is new towels everyday. The breakfast is good everyday with complimentary coffee and tea. We will be back to this hotel if we will be back to Cape Cod area.

Property is a short walk to the harbor for Hy line cruise going to Nantucket. Close to shops of main street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Guys at the check in area are very nice and helpful.
