Great location walkable to everything. The staff is fantastic, so helpful with many recommendations and their English is flawless. Lotte City Hotel is reason enough to revisit Seoul. I look forward to staying here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore. The property was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay with exceptional service.

Ena Suites was amazing. Friendly, quiet, amazing staff that are super helpful, and the room are big. When we ask for a later check out so our kids can sleep longer they said no problem, even though when we finally checked out there was a lot of people waiting in the lobby to check in. Thank-you for that.

I recommend this Hotel! It is close to and walkable from many subway stations. Shops, convenient stores and restaurants are nearby. The pool and sauna area are very clean. I stayed for 18 days.
