Property was great

We always try to stay here when visiting lnverness as it is convenient for the town centre and car park. The lounge area is not for us due to the perpetual football coverage on the TVs which no-one seemed to be watching. It was noticeably empty compared to other establishments round about. Breakfast is very good and the room/bed was very comfortable.

Great location. Hotel is beautifully clean and cosy. Only issue maybe was the parking situation. Only a few spaces available that we never managed to park in. There were a few parking spaces a few minutes walk away that had been allocated for the hotel but not ideal if you’re elderly or disabled. Overall a very happy customer who had a relaxing stress free stay.

Great, accommodation all round. Room excellent, staff friendly, car parking convenient. Very convenient within walking distance of the city centre but with a beautiful view of the river. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a convenient and walkable position for all the shop, bars, restaurants and the river. The welcome on arrival from Jo was warm, friendly and helpful. She was full of local knowledge and recommendations and was always chatty during our 3 night stay. There is easy parking at the rear of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and happy to assist if required.

Good hotel in excellent location on the river and close to the city centre. Would recommend.
