Beach Bungalow With Pool, Walking Distance to Beach

Welcome to the Beach Chair Bungalow!! This well kept three bedroom/two bath home features a pool (Non-Heated), screen porch, full kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom with private bath and comes fully stocked including kitchen ware, a gas grill, comforters, linens, starter toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent) and towels. The home is cleaned thoroughly between each guest, has comfortable furniture, and has top notch finishes throughout. In addition to the large bed in each room there is also a pull out sofa in the sun room.
Enjoy a short walk to the beach, rent a golf cart and load up your beach gear, or just hangout at the pool for a lazy day! The Beach Chair Bungalow is near the center of Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars.
Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddleboarding, and more. The Beach Chair Bungalow is managed by a local vacation rental company on Isle of Palms that has been giving guests the best vacation rentals for over 10 years. Our company prides itself on making guests feel at home and comfortable while on vacation. For additional information or specific questions, please put in an inquiry for your desired dates.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

Fantastic Family Stay

What an incredible place! The pool was beautiful, the house had it all, including laundry! The location was perfect. Close to downtown, grocery stores, and not a far drive to the plantation in Mt Pleasant and historical Charleston! We walked to the beach access and felt very safe!

Long Weekend Away

Great place for our group of 6 adults. Clean, comfortable, well stocked, and very convenient location. Pool was nice! Bonus points for the house holding strong during Hurricane Helene! Affordable and close to the beach

This property was perfect for our family of three. It’s a small, older house, but clean and really convenient to rent a golf cart and zip my toddler down to the beach access at 25 or to the local playground a couple blocks away. The property manager is very responsive. No issues.

Check in was easy, property was clean, listing was accurate as portrayed. The pool was beautiful and enjoyed by all (my kid made me get in at 830 AM). There were a few extremely minor cosmetic issues that are to be expected with any rental, but they did not hamper our stay in any way. 4.8 stars would stay again!

Loved that it was only a few blocks from the beach, less than 5 minutes to walk there. Great beach. Lots of space in the rooms and storage for unpacking. I liked that they provided a lot of dishwear, so we could cook whatever we wanted. Felt like home in that aspect. Wish they had beach towels, for those traveling by plane, being a beach house and all, but glad I asked that before we left, so we had them. Loved having the pool! Worth it!

The overall stay was great. The house was clean and in order. The location to the beach as great too. The only issue was the last night of miscommunication. However it had nothing to do with the agency. The agency is fantastic. They promptly called us back in the middle of the night and took the issue seriously and handled it promptly.

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen. Nice comfortable bedding. The kids loved the pool . Very short walk to beach. ( about5 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. Big front yard for the kids to play ball. The owner and property manager were great to deal with . I really can’t think of anything they need to add especially for the price.

An Absolute Treasure

We absolutely loved the beach bungalow! Everything was readily available all the way down to the spices in the cabinets. We enjoyed the home so much with the pool; we never made it to the beach. My son complained the pool was too cold but still enjoyed it. The host responded to all questions I had at an ample time and check in was easy as well as checking out! Book the Beach Bungalow you won’t regret it!!

We were at Isle of Palms for a family reunion and enjoyed our time at the beach bungalow. Distance to the beach was good and the house was perfect for 3 couples. Kitchen was well stocked and the neighborhood was nice and quiet.
