You will enjoy "Breaking Away" to this cozy 1br/1ba at The Ocean Inn, a hidden gem with private pool, outdoor grill areas, on-site laundry and free parking.

The first thing you'll notice is all the bright natural light that comes into this condo. In fact, it is the only property in the complex with windows on three sides. Enjoy watching palm trees swaying in the breeze, seeing the "ocean peek" view in the distance, listening to the rush of the waves, and taking in silent morning sunrises....all from your front door! The living room has a comfy queen-sized sofa-bed with memory foam mattress and a natural wood woven chair. Enjoy the large screen SMART tv with cable and for some family fun, check out the books and games stocked in the entertainment center. Owner has provided a beach cart for bringing your chairs to the beach, or, feel free to bring along the ones offered for guest use. Other provisions include beach mats, flashlights, and umbrellas.

The kitchen has been redesigned for maximum use of space and has a full-sized refrigerator, oven with stove top, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, and all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils needed for a great home cooked meal so you can enjoy family-style eating at the dining table for 4. The kitchen also has a brand new dishwasher to make eating in easy and efficient.

The bedroom has a queen bed and two spots for storing your clothing while visiting. There is a second smart TV in this area, also with cable. You'll love the new colorful cafe doors between the bedroom and bathroom that provides privacy in the dressing area.

The bathroom has been beautifully renovated. The deep tub and shower is the perfect spot to enjoy a luxurious soak or refreshing shower after a day at the beach.

On the Ocean Inn property you will find a pool and two grill areas for use by owners and guests, free parking, and shared laundry facilities just steps away. (You will need quarters - we'll remind you of that before you get here.)

Park the car and walk to anywhere you might want to go: the beach, great restaurants, local coffeehouse next door, unique shops, the local grocery store, and even The Island Spa. Feeling adventurous? Walk just next door to the moped rental shop so you can explore the quaint streets on the island, or zip over to Sullivan's Island for lunch and a visit to Fort Moultrie.

Downtown Charleston, Sullivan's Island and Mount Pleasant are all within a short picturesque drive. We are located close to the Isle of Palms Connector so getting off the island to explore is quick and easy.

**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25 at all of our properties. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.

In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.
**NOISE ORDINANCE Guests are responsible for following the Isle of Palms 10PM noise ordinance.

Perfect destination for young family

The ease of parking, access to the pool and a very short direct walk to the beach is amazing especially for families with young children. Beautiful surroundings, condo was sooo clean. Management very attentive to our needs. Quiet very peaceful. 5 minute walk to the lovely beach. Beds were comfortable no sagging mattresses or lumpy pillows. Bed were cleanly suppled with fresh linen upon arrival. . Kitchen was fully stock with equipment to cook. You supply food of course. Restaurants and grocery store near by. My family enjoyed the whole experience.

Wonderful Stay!

Everything was perfect - communication, description of property, cleanliness, amenities, location and check in/out process. I definitely recommend staying here if you are a small family or couple. When I originally tried to book our stay, it didn’t meet the minimum time requirement even though the days were available. The days before and after our stay were also booked so we couldn’t change the dates to make the stay longer in order to book. I messaged Beth to ask if they could even allow us to book. She was quick to respond and managed to accommodate our request! From then on the communication continued to be top tier. We arrived at the condo 2 hours before check in was allowed, but since we had printed the parking pass we were able to park in the lot, which we took advantage of. There were so many places to explore within walking distance so the 2 hours passed by quickly. Check in instructions were easy and we got into our room with no problems. We loved the decorations and the the cleanliness of the condo. It was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It had everything we needed for our stay. We took advantage of the beach chairs provided for use and we’re thankful because we didn’t bring our own. We didn’t use the utensils or any dishes provided as we ate out and didn’t spend a lot of time actually in the condo as there was so much to do nearby. However, there were dishes and things provided if we had wanted to cook our own meals. The pool was great, too and not crowded. The location is absolutely perfect. Once we parked on day 1 we didn’t use our vehicle until we left to come home. Everything was within walking distance. Beach access was important and to us and it was a short walk - that’s where we spent a majority of the time. We also walked to all the restaurants and shops around. We will definitely be back!

Summer Vacay

We visit the IOP every year before school starts. This is our second year staying at Ocean Inn condos. The condos are clean the property is well maintained and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants that are within walking distance. Beth - property manager was helpful and nice. Will definitely stay here again

The unit itself was very nice. I would have like some chairs available to sit outside of the unit. Every other unit had some way to sit outside.

Great Location

The condo was exactly as advertised, it was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach. And WHAT A BEACH! The beach goes on each direction for a couple miles! Dinner, lunch and breakfast spots are easy to find. We will definately be back!
