The hotel is perfectly positioned and near to Taxim and the Metro. The staff were incredibly helpful in everything.

Quiet property within walking distance to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Room was comfy and staff with the exception of the grumpy man at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was average and this was the only hotel we stayed at in all of Turkey that did not provide bottled water in the room.

Nice hotel. Great location next to Istiklal and still quite. The rooms are small but there is everything you need. Nice breakfast included. We are coming back to this hotel 5 years so it’s said everything

Orhan is a very good general manager who help us to get two rooms over there ! Very helpful and very hospitable! I’d like to thank them again for their service ! The hotel is very close to shops and very comfortable place ! Also match with any budget !

- the breakfast was mediocre , below average, zero options comparing to what we paid. - The shower handle was broken during our stay. We told the reception more than 5 times (during our 6 night stay) and they fixed it the last day. - The Heater was barely working and it was super cold. - we will not come back for sure
