Great location walkable to everything. The staff is fantastic, so helpful with many recommendations and their English is flawless. Lotte City Hotel is reason enough to revisit Seoul. I look forward to staying here again.

The location was perfect—close to everything, making it easy to explore. The property was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay with exceptional service.

Ena Suites was amazing. Friendly, quiet, amazing staff that are super helpful, and the room are big. When we ask for a later check out so our kids can sleep longer they said no problem, even though when we finally checked out there was a lot of people waiting in the lobby to check in. Thank-you for that.
