Carpet was stained and not vacuumed. Bed sheets were also stained. Room was labeled non-smoking but stank of cigarettes. Refrigerator was broken and TV was unwatchable because of static. 0 out of 10. Will not stay here again EVER.

Mold in the bathroom, rooms smelt like cigarettes, dirty carpet. Bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned since last guest. The bed did appear clean with no bed bugs. Staff was friendly but did not make up for the condition of the room.

Front desk gave us keycard to a room that was occupied. The occupant was reasonably pretty disturbed when we walked in. Front desk gave us keycards to another room which did not have a working heater. 0 for 2 was enough for us. We bolted, drove another hour and stayed in a Best Western Plus.

Filthy reclining chair in the room, no coffee supplies, visible dirt outside of our door, very little offered for breakfast. Only one cereal dispenser filled. One banana and two apples for fruit. The only thing the place had going for it is that they accepted pets but charged $20!!! Avoid it unless you are desperate!

I would like a call back
Our tv didn’t get any channels at all, our room phone didn’t work when u called the main number no one answered but the worst part was I got a room I gave my name Melanie W with my ID then checked in then about hour or two got a call FROM the hotel saying I took someone’s room saying someone there that wants to talk to me and a strong accented man got on the phone aggressively saying I stole his room and asked me my name i said my first name and he wanted my last I refused then I figured out the with the hotel person that the first guy checked me in under Mohamed so we checked in his room I had a random mad guy streaming at me over there mistake

Price good, room not cleaned, poor mattress.
Sign on desk said no availability or walk-ins. I made a mistake booking my hotel for the day after since I arrived at 1am. Pushed the buzzer and front desk came out. He accommodated me even though I made a mistake. He was clear and concise with my charges and how he changed the dates so I knew what I was being charged. Problem was the room was not clean, hair in the shower, dirty walls, chain lock on door was broken. Bed was thin and amongst the bounciest I have ever laid on. I was tired, only needed 3-4 hours of sleep, so simply laid on the bed and past out. I would not stay here again, despite the $59 price point.

Wasn’t as clean as normal, and charging 40 dollars for 2 small dogs totaling less than 15 pounds was ridiculous when they charged 20 dollars for a 100 pound dog. Most of the hotels we stayed at only charged for one. The previous managers of this property gave a discount.

I jad to modify my reservation and they would.not answer the phone. The booking agency tried to get a hold of them but they could get a response either. As a result I got a no show and was billed for 2 days. When O got there the next day I had to book anew and pay once more Now I have to try to get a refund for that. They staff was friendly but the halls were quite dirty, though the room was clean. The price was very cheap.

Worst place we have ever stayed! Do not recommend!
When we arrived we were told that we had to stay in a double queen not the king we had reserved. We got to the room and the key did not work, we were then moved to another room on a different floor that key didnt work, we then were moved to another room after the desk clerk said he could just unlock our door with his master key"Uh No". Room was ok. Floors were uncarpeted and dirty. No casino or restaurant as advertised. The morning breakfast as advertised was not available. We will not be back.

This has to be one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. First they could not get a key for me for my room. I had asked for a floor room and was given a 3rd floor room. There were only about 5 cars in the parking lot all night so why the 3rd floor and the icing on the cake no key!!!!!! Had to contact front desk to be let back in every time! The topper was no hot water for a shower ice cold at first then a splash of warmth only to be followed By cold water again worst shower ever. Save your money staying in your car is better than staying at this hotel!! It is a joke to call this a hotel room!a joke of a room!

Tv didn't work think it was batteries on the remote but they didn't have any or offer to do anything. They were friendly just didn't know anything. Beda were hard and pillows flat. We reserved a 3 king rooms and got 1 king and 2 queen.

Nice employees
First the staff was very nice, my room keys wouldn't work after I haul my bags to the upstairs room. Left my bags in the hallway ran down got new room and keys. Tv was white fuzzy to watch, again front desk said they were are all like that due to some bad weather, then 9:15 pm people in the room above me with children rain back and forth for 45 min. The phone in my room didn't connect to the front desk so I went back down a 3rd time and as if they could mention something at around 10 pm, to give the kid(s) time to settle. My room was clean and bedding were clean, the breakfast was good and the price was good.

No hot water
The hotel has a lot of maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Our room had no hot water. The attendant was good about changing our room. It had been a long day of driving and having to pack up and move rooms was a pain, but at least we could shower comfortably.

There’s a sign in the lobby that states “No refund after check in”. Take heed fellow travelers. If I had the opportunity to see my room before checking in, I would have gladly taken a refund and tried my luck somewhere else. The carpet in the room I had was absolutely disgusting. It should have been replaced not weeks or months, but years ago. The bathroom sink faucet was “vintage” and needs to be replaced. Actually the entire room could use a makeover. I was surprised to learn this is a Choice Hotels property (at least that was on the bottom of the receipt). I’ve stayed in other Choice Hotels properties (Boise and St. George) and they were much better experiences.
