Nice hotel. Where they had us stay on second floor was harder to carry luggage up stairs when icy. No elevators. Comfortable beds. Breakfast is standard hotel breakfast. Convenient walk to town. Staff is pleasant. Good place to stay overall.

The Rockwell Inn is a lovely hotel right in the heart of Jackson, Wyoming. The staff are super friendly and polite. Great airport shuttle service too! The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are very spacious. A lovely surprise was the heated bathroom floors! The free breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious with lots of options and a very comfortable dining space on the upper mezzanine. The location is the best as all shopping and restaurants are right there. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Jackson hole.

The staff was exceptional. The property is in a great location. It’s very clean. BUT…. The in room fireplace is pathetic, not worth the upgrade fee. Our shower continually stopped working while actually in the shower. The hot tub didn’t not work while we were there. I emailed the property manager on December 11th and as of December 24th, I have had no response. For the cost of the room and amenities, I expected more.

We ended up, loving the Rockwell. The floors in the bathroom are heated, which is super nice in the winter. Our room was large as was the bathroom and the sink area. All very nicely done. There is a microwave, a coffee maker and also a fridge. We’d definitely come back! Oh, and great breakfast each morning!

Great location in the middle of Jackson. We had a short visit, but the bed & pillows were very comfortable & we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast options were decent and beyond the normal bagel option. They had a variety of options, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
