Nice Convenient Location
Great location to be right in the cute small Main St of Jackson downtown, with plenty of small businesses to support. Fantastic bakery (Blue Door Bakery) just steps away and a very quaint place to grab a quick breakfast before you start your day @ Rosebud's Cafe. (Had the best biscuit egg/sausage sandwich ever! And the baked goods we tried were excellent too!). Only 20 minutes drive away from Plymouth where there are plenty of wineries to explore.

Read on line that guests from last year complained about the remodel that was going on and the lack of a restaurant. They have what looks like a restaurant and bar that was under a remodel at one time, but it’s all closed down. Looks like the restaurant/bar has been closed for quite some time and the space is being used for storage only. This could be a great restaurant and bar once it is open. Great nostalgic hotel for the area and I found the staff very helpful and friendly !!

Hotel was undergoing renovations so rooms were limited. We had room 201; which was fantastic! Outdoor balcony facing the street. Fireplace in the room (unfortunately, we couldn’t figure out how to work it). Bed was great, but I’ve never liked the smooshy pillows. The shower was also amazing. Breakfast was sparse. Fresh coffee, but packaged foods. Some pastries. Lots of antique shops, could spend hours in them. We had breakfast at the beignets place. Great food and service. The local police department was serving customers to raise money. Very friendly and fun!

Small but cute rooms. Comfortable bed! Wish there was a coffee pot in the room. Maybe a comfortable chair although there isn’t much room. We will come back though because it’s a very friendly place and very comfortable!

A Weekend Getaway
The room was small, but cozy. There was an exposed lightswitch in our restroom. The blinds were broken in the restroom. We did enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location on Main Street was perfect. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and based on speaking with other Guests, I would book in advance to get a suite.
