I've stayed at this property before and it's convenient but i feel like in the time since my last stay (2022) the property hasn't made improvements to there room carpets. The staff and area are the reasons i return.

The staff was nice, the breakfast was very good... but the appearance of the rooms could use a little upgrade. The carpet in the hallway was FILTHY!!! The bedding had stains. A convenient location for truckers on the go.

This property does not live up to its rating and is definitely not worth the rate. The staff is very friendly but awful in every other regard. There was obviously a major leak on the second floor causing damage to the ceiling of the lobby that is currently being covered with a sheet. I make hotel choices based on ratings and went back to read reviews right after checking in- thinking I must have booked the wrong hotel. I cannot believe any of the excellent reviews are real and the same issues that were brought up in reviews months ago are still there. Managements responses on these reviews is nothing but PR smoke. Absolutely nothing has been done to correct the issues mentioned in the negative reviews. It's old, dirty, and uncomfortable. Do not stay here.

I booked a room at this hotel thinking that it would be decent because of the good reviews but was very disappointed. Our initial impression was bad. The carpets were very stained everywhere, and the whole place was in need of a major update/remodel. The carpet in our initial room felt soggy which we that evening discovered originated from a water leak. The damage encompassed a large portion of carpeting on the 2nd floor and who knows how much else. Hopefully the hotel will fix the damage properly by ripping up the carpet and spraying for mold rather than just attempting to dry the carpets which won't fix the situation. Also the mattresses were very uncomfortable and I don't understand why the bathrooms didn't have exhaust fans. I couldn't shower without keeping the door open because I felt like I was dying from the humidity building up. Ultimately I paid $120 a night for what should have been a $50 room. Unless they make major improvements I doubt I'll ever stay at this hotel again.

Area wasn’t very nice & felt unsafe when a message on the door said to always use the deadbolt, lock away valuables. Staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. Room seemed clean enough although a bit dingy.
