Everything was good except the parking. I wasn't expecting to pay 20.00 dlls for each day. I would suggest to include in the advertisement the fees for parking and breakfast.

The Rooms are always so clean ! The Front Desk staff are always so welcoming and treat you with respect ! The view from the rooms both sides are so beautiful ! Never had a bad TV in any room ! My wife and I Love this place !

Location is great. Cost of valet and parking is high for the area. Bathroom sink was super slow draining, reported and did not get attention. Two night stay and with no housekeeping, the little things - like in room coffee go overlooked. I have other choices in JAX and won’t return.

Seemed nicer online, not an accurate representation of the hotel. Just seemed out of order/dated compared to other doubletree experiences of the past. Expected it to be nicer. Staff was good and room was clean, just not what I expected booking doubletree.

Asked for shower head to be fixed 3 times and each time told someone would come and it never got fixed. Floor was soaking wet and had to place towels down every shower that got soaked also.

It's not terrible, but certainly less than average in my opinion. The A/C could not be turned off, so I had to open the window to warm up. Although there's some kind of cable or satellite TV, there were no channel descriptions in the room nor when I flipped through the channels. The TV guide channel and the actual channels that I could watch were not at all the same. In fact, I could not find NBC on any channel even though it was listed on the TV guide channel, so I could not watch the Sunday Night Football game. Management and staff can do much better with these two things alone. I was definitely disappointed.

Staff was nice, checking in and out was hassle free. Money was definitely spent on the lobby and not the rooms. When you walk into the lobby everything is beautiful and updated but the rooms are dingy and dated. Rooms had paint peeling on the walls.

We were very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. Location is convenient to downtown Jax and San Marco areas. Everything was clean and functional but the hotel facility itself is looking dated and in need of a facelift.

The property is old, the room at the 10th floor was very noisy so, I couldn't sleep the whole night, then the 2nd room in the 4th floor, the bath/shower was not draining the water properly, with cracks in the wall tiles and not clean.
