The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I had 4 rooms all 4 were dirty curtains were ripped and full of wholes. The staff was kind and very helpful and no bugs. It was ok for one night but probably wouldn't stay again.

We stayed here one night and the pool was closed we wanted to sit out by the pool. We needed extra pillows and blankets and they didn’t have any. Overall it was ok but probably wanted stay again.

So-So!
Our check-in was rough. We were evacuating because of the hurricane and arrived about 10:30 PM and were unable to get in the lobby door. I’m not sure if it was locked or broken?? After knocking for a while ..we finally got in. It was very off-putting. The person at the desk was very unfriendly and she hardly spoke to us at all. The desk person in the morning was very friendly.

Our flight was late and we got to the hotel at 1:30 a.m. The front door was locked but fortunately there was an employee who let us in. And even at that hour, there was a front desk clerk who did a good job.

The hotel was fine. We are seniors. The only issue is that a tree fell on our car and they didn't want to move a finger to help. We had to stay an extra day to try to resolve the problem with the tree and the car and they didn't reimburse for the stay. Disappointing.

We stayed here for a concert and we were only there for one night. It was clean, staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, offered insight on the venue we were going to, and were very kind. The breakfast was more than expected and we were very full before leaving. It was a nice, clean, safe hotel. I've already recommended it to friends going to see a concert at Dailys Place later this year.
