My main complaint was lack of housekeeping services. One room put out a pizza box and small bag of trash outside their door.Housekeeping didn’t pick it up before we left . It was there for 2+ days. We never had housekeeping show up either. Maybe they’re short staffed. The staff at the front were friendly, helpful and professional. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the nice time span that it was available.

The staff at this location was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. When we extended our stay she was very accommodating to make sure that we were able to stay in our same room even when the hotel was extremely full. There were multiple things broken or out of use in the hotel. Such as the cooler for drinks downstairs so we had to go elsewhere to purchase drinks and the handle to the bedroom in our suite did not keep the door closed. When extended our stay the thing to make new room keys wouldn’t work for several hours so we didn’t have a room key. Other than that we had a great stay, comfortable, roomy suites. Very clean and new. Dog friendly, even for our large pup! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Breakfast was also included and great every day!

My pros are the staff was very accommodating, friendly,and helpful. Jeb stood out the most.He made a delightful host. My cons there was a dirty ring in the tub, We purchased a room with a peloton bike. There was no bike! The gym bike was broken. The seat was broken, the screw that lifts and tightens was also broke. Glad there was a shopping center there ...That was my exercise.

The property has plumbing issues. Our room toilet would not flush all the way. Several other parties in our group had the same issue. I guess plungers were being handed out all night. We had a large coffee stain on our window curtain and the carpet under the window.

Perfect location, very nice staff, everything clean and tidy. Great room with a Kitchen, comfortable mattress and pillows. The from desk person was very nice and friendly. We arrived 2 hours before check in time and she gave us a room! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Was greeted by staff that continued texting on her phone while I waited to be checked in. I understand things happen and people have to be on phone but she could have at least spoke to me. This is our second time in 7 months at this hotel. Ample parking is available. Breakfast has a big and tasty variety. It is quiet once in the suites, rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and bathroom was clean. Bedding and couch were somewhat dated. Pillows were not comfortable.

Nice to have a suite w separate room and baths. Full kitchen excluding stove.right at St. John’s so can walk to tons stores and restaurants. The staff were great. I reall have nothing negative. Overall nice place for our needs at the time.
