The hotel is old and outdated. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the man at the front desk who was very helpful and friendly. I actually checked out after an hour of being in the room because I didn't feel the room was clean enough for my children. The bathtub looked terrible, there were hairs on the floor, and the room was tiny and cramped.

This is my second time staying here. First time was horrible and the staff were extremely rude. This time was great. Easy check in and the lady at the desk was amazing (can’t remember her name but has a rose hand tat) 10/10 she was kind, welcoming and very helpful

I checked in late and told them I had a 8 pound dog. Attended said she would waive it. When I left they charged a 25$ fee on my card without notifying me. Poor customer service

When I arrived to the hotel and given my room key we went in to find someone’s shoes, food, and dog hair all over a bed. When I returned to the counter she called the manager. The manager said to tell me that I would receive a big discount the next time I stayed there. They didn’t have a room for me this time that was not occupied.
