One downfall was the issue of being short staffed at check-in. The woman behind the counter was friendly and professional, but had everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. Another was they didn't have a list of local places to eat in the room, but they had a great hot breakfast buffet. Overall it was a nice stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they should really have 2 people running the front desk during check in times. The line got backed up pretty quickly. The room was nice and it was a pretty quiet stay.
Really bad. No hot water, shower curtain broken and only covered half of the tub so water everywhere. Smoke detector missing from the wall. Very noisy and not very clean. Hot paper cups, but no coffee maker. Even the alarm clock woildnt work!Breakfast was so so, but styrofoam plates and tiny plastic utensils with a plastic knife that couldnt cut anything. This place is a restaurant, why not real plates and silverware? Each year we stay it seems to go further downhill. Will be looking for a different place to stay next year. Took photos, but wont let me upload.
People that work there was good but hotel and amenities was run down bad went to lobby for a drink at 5 like front desk told me and nothing was a ghost town
The photos that we saw of the rooms and property on expedia versus what the hotel was actually like was a far cry from the truth. We were truly disappointed. I think it is in poor taste to flat out deceive people with fake photos or non current photos if the facility.
Would not recommend. The staff tried to accommodate us and our puppies. With a room.temp of 77 and hotel full, it was miserable. 2nd night, manager replaced AC unit.
