We stayed for 5 nights. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all, not even once. The room smelled of old humidity. The room was dirty, and the building itself is in very poor conditions. Staff at check-in was beyond rude and unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here.
Left 30 minutes after I checked in. Currently trying to get refunded for days booked because I didn’t stay there. The room was filthy.

Front desk was efficient and friendly. Our room's lock was busted so we had to get another one, but that didn't take long to sort out. The area around the property kinda smelled, but was fine in the room. Ice machine broken on our floor, but that sort of thing happens. The place suited our needs. Not the Taj Mahal, but that's not what we expected.
They were out of blankets, comforters and pillows. We only had sheets and it was cold. Pillows were baby pillows. The room was dirty and the toilet did not flush and we had to fix it ourselves. The tub was filthy and dead bugs were on the floor. The room smelled so bad. it was a horrible experience. Never again. They should close that property.

The room was not in good condition, many things broken or missing
Nothing. Two nights never cleaned room, never made bed, never provided clean towels until 9pm andI had to go to the front desk myself. WhenI asked for face towels was told one were available until I asked for additional bath towel. Liedso and had to go to the front desk for replacement batteries the next morning. Given dead batteries and asked to call desk if they did not work. Did not work so I was provided dead batteries were stained and the lobby dirty, chair in thelobby had a 2x4 for a leg and not even stained. This place should never be associated with Wyndham. Would recommend this place distoried.

Furniture falling apart. Door did not lock properly from outside. Missing remote control from room.
The photos on the website wasn’t true to how it really looked at the motel. It was false information. My family and I were in room 255 on the second floor. We had to pull our bags up a flight of stairs to get to the room. The room had a smoke odor to it. Things we found that wasn’t working or wrong in the room…refrigerator, iron, telephone, the water pressure was really low, the carpet was filthy, the towels smelled like someone’s behind, the paint was peeling from the doors, ceiling, and before you asked yes I reported all the issues to the front desk. She said all the rooms was full and there wasn’t any other rooms available. Also the breakfast was good until our third morning that is when my granddaughter found a grasshopper in the mixed cutup fruit. That did it. I took the bowl and showed it to the Chiefs. They took it in the back and didn’t bring out anymore. I asked the front draft for a roll away bed and the one she brought had no padding over the springs on a thin sheet. I sent it back and I was still charged for the cot. After complaining about the charge she took it from my bill but it still went through my bank.
I was soooo dissatisfied with the motel. I won’t stay there ever again. Oh yeah every night it smelled like weed was being smoked and two bullies dogs tried to attack my family from another room.
Surrounding trash cans were overflowing, Room was run down and in desperate need of renovation. Shower curtain was falling down and not working. Door lock in bathroom missing. This was definitely not a room that should cost $190 / night.
One downfall was the issue of being short staffed at check-in. The woman behind the counter was friendly and professional, but had everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. Another was they didn't have a list of local places to eat in the room, but they had a great hot breakfast buffet. Overall it was a nice stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, but they should really have 2 people running the front desk during check in times. The line got backed up pretty quickly. The room was nice and it was a pretty quiet stay.
