Seriously needs cleaning and upgrades
It was very disappointing. First of all the room didn’t appear to been They really cleaned. There was a shampoo bottle half open sitting there stuck to the dresser. Somebody had left a phone in our room. There were stains on the curtains stains on the carpet chipped furniture, badly chipped. Then after being told that breakfast went till 10 when we checked in, we arrived at 9:20 to find out that it wasn’t indeed 10 but nine and we missed having our breakfast. It was stains on the curtain on the carpet. It was just not clean and needed Renovating I Was going to take pictures, but since we missed breakfast and had to catch breakfast before 7 Hour Drive we checked out quickly and I didn’t get a chance to take pictures. We were in room 222. It had a musty smell, and when turning on the heat, it got worse. We had to turn it off because we couldn’t stand the moldy smell of the room.

The staff was awesome. I didn't want to ask them to do more. The property by the pool needs some attention. It was 80° and there were only 2 chairs out by the pool, no umbrellas n tables were pushed back against fence n no towels except dirty towels were available by the pool.

Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful and the price for the room was very reasonable. The breakfast served in the morning was a decent variety and the cleanliness of the hotel was good.

We reserved 3nights for two special guest visiting from Alabama. They complained of a strong mildew smell throughout the hotel and in their rooms. The establishment was very unclean and the service was underwhelming. They decided to walk across the street and check in at the Holiday Inn instead. It was very embarrassing for us as hosts.
